The 300-year-old newly renovated cottage is divided into two parts, a spacious stone cottage with three rooms, a hall, a kitchen and a living room, a separate apartment can be connected to the other rooms by a terrace.

Apartment 2+1: bedroom/living room, dining room/kitchen, bathroom.

Sanitary facilities: 3 x bathroom.

Heating: Central heating.

Transportation, parking: Parking at the building.

A real Sudeten wine bar, you can look forward to hearty breakfasts, luxury coffee included

And in the evening, even more nutritious barbecues, sausages from the smokehouse and a full wine cellar.

TV, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi throughout the property.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The cottage has two apartments: larger 10+2 at the price of CZK 5,500/night and smaller 2+1 at the price of CZK 1,500/night.

In the summer season, I prefer weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday

In the off-season, the length of stay is individual, but at least 2 nights

There is a wine cellar with a barbecue fireplace, full board or half board, natural swimming pond, fire pit, terraces, etc..
