New construction of an above-standard equipped family house located in the magical valley of the Vazovecký stream directly opposite the well called Bezednice, which springs five meters in front of the house

The house is also intended for demanding tenants with a total capacity of up to 12 people and is always rented only as a whole, on the basis of a rental agreement and not an accommodation contract according to §9 ZDP to a specific tenant

It is located 2 km from Turnov in close proximity to the national cultural monument Dlaskova estate

A narrow road with a new surface runs through the entire valley, which is mainly used as an in-line track, bicycle and tourist route.

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 4 bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed and one daybed as a possible extra bed

WE ONLY RESPECT SMALL BREEDS OF DOGS SUCH AS BICHONESE, YORKSHIRE, etc. Dog weight max 5 kg. ONE DOG PER STAY. IN CASE OF STAY WITH A DOG, WE ALWAYS REQUIRE FINAL CLEANING.
