Cottage Šulcovna

Chalupa Šulcovna is a short distance from Orlík and Zvíkov and is the best place if you are looking for a place to spend your holidays with children and friends

We have equipped Šulcovna for you in such a way that you feel at home

The heart of the space is a kitchen with a dining room and a large stove where you can laze around (not only children love it! ), upstairs is a bathroom with a sunken bathtub in the ground and three cozy bedrooms complete everything

You can sit outside and grill in the garden by the house, you can enjoy fun, games, sunbathing and swimming in our private 3-hectare garden a few steps from the cottage

The cottage has an area of ​​164 m2 and it is 10 minutes from us by car to Orlík and Zvíkov, 20 minutes to Písek and 55 minutes to Prague

Coffee lovers will surely be pleased with the Nespresso coffee machine, book enthusiasts with an equipped library and movie connoisseurs with a Netflix connection, there is also board games and equipment for outdoor games

The cottage is a great starting point for trips, there are cycle paths and nice jogging terrain nearby

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Bedroom 1: ground floor with double bed and single bed

Bedroom 2: Upstairs with double bed and sofa bed

Bedroom 3: bunk with four single beds

Sanitary facilities: 1x bathroom with bathtub (ground floor), 1x bathroom with bathtub in the ground and toilet (floor), 1x toilet (ground floor)

The equipment also includes a washing machine and iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen

A hairdryer is also available.

Heating: In the cottage, it is possible to heat with a fireplace stove or heating, and during tropical days it is very pleasant here thanks to the centuries-old wide walls.

Transportation, parking: You can park directly at the cottage, where there are 2 parking spaces, if needed, you can also park on the neighboring lot

If you are coming from Čimelice, turn left after the old bridge and keep going up until you reach the crossroads

You will see Šulcovna directly in front of you

If you take a sharp right uphill, you will first see the Lodge on your left, followed by Kozlovna.

Dining

Thanks to the equipment, you can comfortably cook and bake in the cottage

There is a campsite in Varvažov where you can go for lemonade and something to eat in season

On the other side of the village is a Coop store, where you can comfortably buy basic food

There is also a Coop in Čimelice, 7 kilometers away, and in Písek, 21 km away, you will find all your favorite shops.

Cottage furnishings

We think of children, so the equipment includes plugs for drawers, a cot, a chair, a potty, a toilet seat, a bathtub, children's dishes and a basket with toys

You also have at your disposal a hairdryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron, fan

The kitchen is equipped so that you can comfortably cook and serve everything you like, you will also find the basic ingredients for cooking - salt, pepper and oil

You have a kettle, a toaster and a hand blender at your disposal

A dishwasher will take care of washing, and you can make coffee in a Nespresso coffee machine

The TV is connected to Netflix and you can read books in our equipped library or play one of the CDs

There is a grill and outdoor seating in the garden

You connect to the internet via wifi.

we rent the cottage only for the whole week (Sat-Sat)

During the rest of the year you can rent it for a minimum of 2 nights, at Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter for a minimum of 3 nights

What is included in the price?

The price includes the entire cottage with a garden and a 3ha private garden with a 1000 m2 swimming lake right below the cottage

Furthermore, the price includes VAT, electricity, wood/coal for the grill, cleaning before/after, bedding, towels, internet, garbage collection costs, parking, Netflix.

What is not included in the price?

The price does not include a refundable deposit of CZK 7,000

The deposit is collected in cash on the day of arrival and returned on the day of departure, if the object is returned in the condition in which it was handed over, without damage

Furthermore, the municipality fee is not included, which is also collected in cash upon boarding.

You can take a well-behaved dog with you by prior arrangement.

Arrival is possible from 15.00 on the day of arrival and departure is no later than 10.00 on the day of departure.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all buildings.

Payment

We reserve the ordered date for you after a deposit of 50% of the stay price.

Within 3 working days of the reservation, an advance invoice of 50% of the total price for the stay will be issued with immediate payment

The remaining 50% of the price is payable no later than 30 days before departure based on the issued invoice
