Cottage Paseky

The Paseky cottage is situated in the beautiful nature of the White Carpathians, near the village of Vápenice near Staré Hrozenkov

The terrace of the cottage offers amazing views of the surrounding landscape of forests and meadows

The building consists of an apartment, ground floor and attic

The ground floor includes a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining room and a large oak table, from where you can walk into a spacious playroom with a couch, TV, armchairs and an entrance to the terrace

Three bedrooms are located in the attic

The owners of the cottage supported the project and the creation itself in the spirit of the ancient Chinese teachings of Feng Shui

The principle of this teaching is life-giving energy, which is the basis and building block of our mental and physical health

Each room has differently equipped interiors according to Feng Shui principles

The unique atmosphere is completed by the stones present everywhere and the stone cladding of the cottage

The surroundings encourage walks and bike trips through beautiful nature

You can then relax on the terrace or in the sauna, while the children have a playground and a large space for their games.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Apartment: 1 x fold-out bed (2 beds) - the apartment is located in the basement part of the building with a fully equipped kitchenette, sauna and shower, the toilet is in the next room, passage outside

Ground floor: bedroom with a double bed (2 beds) plus the possibility of using an extra pull-out bed, plus a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen with a dining room with a large oak table and a cottage stove, a spacious playroom

Attic:

Green room - 1 x double bed, 1 x pull-out bed (4 beds)

Cream room - 1 x double bed, 1 x pull-out bed (4 beds)

Pink room - 1 x double bed, 2 x pull-out bed (6 beds)

All rooms have the option of placing your own baby cot.

Sanitary facilities: Apartment - shower with sauna

(toilet is in the next room, passage outside)

Ground floor - spacious bathroom with shower and toilet

Attic - one bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: Radiators and stoves in the apartment, underfloor heating and cast-iron stoves on the ground floor, underfloor heating in the attic.

Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the cottage, in winter, in case of a large amount of snow, we recommend snow chains to get to the cottage.

The prices are calculated for a capacity of 19 beds (cottage 17 beds plus the possibility of using 2 beds on the sofa bed and an extra bed, apartment 2 beds)

The cottage is rented as an entire object, regardless of the number of occupied beds

Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday

After prior agreement with the owners, it is also possible to rent the cottage for weekends and several days in the summer season

A fee of 200 CZK/person will be added to the price for stylish bedding and sheets

If you use your own sheets and linens, there will be no bed linen and sheet charges

All prices include energy costs (electricity, gas), cleaning and recreation fee to the Municipal Office.

The prices also include: parking right next to the cottage, fireplace and grill, Finnish sauna, wi-fi, sat

TV, baby-quality drinking water from the well (certificate), table tennis, table football, children's house in the crown of a tree and other games

When handing over the object or in advance by transfer, we collect a refundable deposit of CZK 10,000 for the cottage.

Arrival: by appointment from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Departure: until 10:00 a.m.

Before the end of the stay, the cottage and the apartment must be returned to their original condition.

The interior is completely non-smoking.

Pets by arrangement.

When you leave, you need to clean the stove and stove.

We sort waste.

Indoor slippers are used.

Cancellation of stay must be sent by email.

The cancellation fee is charged from the total amount for the stay, not from the amount of the advance payment.

If the stay order is canceled before the start of the accommodation:

Up to 60 days before departure - no cancellation fee

59 – 31 days before arrival – cancellation fee 30%

30 – 8 days before arrival – cancellation fee 50%

7 - 0 days before departure - cancellation fee 100%

Cancellation fees are not payable if: the customer provides compensation for himself.

In the event of premature termination or interruption of the stay without fault on the part of the accommodation provider, the accommodated person is not entitled to a refund of the price of the stay, or its proportional part.
