Ludvík's cottage is a family timbered house in Wallachia
It is located 3 km from the center of Valašská Bystřice in the valley near the Bystřička stream
There are two outdoor uninhabited terraces - East and West (the sun sets a little earlier for the valley)
The outdoor space is about 1000 m² of flat land suitable for relaxation, barbecue, etc ..
On the lower floor there is a living room, bedroom, passage bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with 1 toilet and bathtub, hallway
There are two bedrooms and a common room on the upper floor
The building is partly reconstructed.
Bedrooms and rooms: A total of 4 bedrooms, one of them through, linen and towels are ready for tenants
Bottom floor: 1x bedroom - double bed, 1x room - folding double -floor (passage), 1x sofa bed in the living room by the fireplace
Upper floor: 2x bedrooms with double beds, 1 common room.
Sanitary facilities: 1x toilet directly in the bathroom with bathtub, floor heating in the bathroom, washing machine.
Heating: Hot -air fireplace insert on the lower floor (drowning by tenants themselves), floor heating in the bathroom, 1x el

Transportation, parking: No problem
Parking directly at the house, capacity of up to 6 vehicles.
About 500m from the house is a local restaurant, in the center of Val
Bystřice approx. 3km are other diet options including pizzeria.
