Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price for the stay depends on the number of people, length of stay and date of stay.

For a binding reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay.

Surcharge on arrival.

All utilities, fees and cleaning are included in the price.

We do not provide accommodation for groups of young people under the age of 25.

CANCELLATION OF TERMS

If the guest cancels the reservation at least 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount sent by the guest on that date will be refunded.

After that, the guest can cancel the reservation at least 20 days before arrival and get back 50% of the total price.

If the guest cancels the reservation less than 10 days before arrival, the total amount will be requested from the guest.
