Cottage for rent

The cottage is located in the village of Nový Dvůr, which falls under Teplice nad Metují.

A beautiful view is ensured by the forests and meadows that are all around.

The cottage has an entrance hall, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

You can relax outside even in bad weather under the pergola, which connects to the cottage from its rear.

There are many attractive tourist locations nearby, such as Adršpašské skály, Teplické skály, Benedictine monastery in Broumov, Farma Wenet in Broumov and others.

In the summer, you can visit the swimming pool in Meziměstí, Janovičky near Broumov or Teplice n. /M., on the other hand, in winter, the ski slopes in Janovičky and Teplice n. /M.

Other activities that you can enjoy here are, for example, mushroom picking, hiking, and the entire Broumovsk region is suitable for cycling, there are really a lot of cycle routes.

In short, it is a quiet place that is ideal for spending your vacation or free time with family or friends.

We are constantly trying to improve our cottage and our main concern is that our guests feel as good as possible here and can thus draw positive energy from this magical place.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has sleeping arrangements for 6 people with the option of an extra bed for children.

2 people sleep comfortably on the spacious stove, which is located in the space between the kitchen and the living room.

Another 2 beds are provided by a sofa bed with a quality futon in the living room.

A solid oak bed, located in a separate bedroom, provides sleeping for another 2 people.

The stove, sofa and bed have different mattress hardnesses, so we believe that everyone will sleep pleasantly and comfortably according to their preferences.

Sanitary facilities: There is one bathroom with a flush toilet in the building.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower corner and a corner bathtub with a whirlpool function for two people.

There is a smaller sink in the separate bedroom.

Towels are part of the bathroom equipment, so you don`t need to bring your own.

Heating: The property is heated primarily by means of a beautiful tiled stove located in the living room area.

This stove is heated with wood, which is available in the woodshed behind the cottage.

Another option for heating is electric underfloor heating in the kitchen, hall, bathroom, bedroom and partially also in the living room.

In the summer months, heating is not necessary, in colder weather it is enough to warm up in the stove in the evening.

On the contrary, in winter it is not out of place to use underfloor heating to maintain a pleasant temperature in the cottage.

Transportation, parking: The access road to the building is an asphalt road.

Parking is provided right next to the building on a paved surface (parking for 2 - 3 cars without a problem).

In the case of snow cover, we recommend packing snow chains in the car, the road is maintained even in the winter months, but cars without 4x4 drive here tend to have problems driving up a gentler hill.

Dining

If you bring or buy your own food, then you can prepare food in the kitchen, or on the fireplace or grill.

Other dining options are restaurants in the vicinity (Meziměstí, Broumov, Teplice nad Metují... ).

For possible purchases, you have to drive to the not - too - distant shops in Broumov, Teplice n. /M., Meziměstí or in Polica nad Metují - Coop, Lidl, Penny Market and other smaller grocery stores.

Outside equipment: Outdoor furniture under the pergola (folding dining table with chairs), rattan furniture on the veranda, grill, roasting fork, fire pit

Availibility, fees, price specifications

COTTAGE OPERATION: Year-round (except 30.12. - 2.1.).

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY: 2 nights

Arrival time: 16:00; Departure time: 10:00 a.m. (both times can be modified by agreement).

PRICE FOR TWO NIGHTS IN THE SUMMER SEASON = 11,000 NOK (each additional night + 2,500 NOK)

PRICE FOR TWO NIGHTS OUT OF THE SUMMER SEASON = 9,000 NOK (each additional night + 2,000 NOK)

STAY LONGER THAN 1 WEEK: 7

and every other night in LS + NOK 2,000; outside LS + 1,500

For a valid reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the agreed rental price.

You pay the remaining amount, including a deposit of NOK 5,000, a week before your arrival.

OTHER FEES CONNECTED WITH THE STAY:

- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 500,-/per stay.

- Child`s extra bed available for rent for an additional fee of 500,-/per stay.

- Recreational fee to the village: 20 CZK per person/night (deducted from the deposit according to the length of stay and number of people).

- Actual energy consumption according to the status of the electricity meter upon arrival and departure of the accommodated persons (deducted from the deposit according to the status of the electricity meter).

Accommodation at our cottage is also subject to signing the "Agreement on the provision of accommodation for the purpose of recreation"

In this contract, all conditions are written down in detail and will be sent to those interested in accommodation to read at their email address

The payment of the deposit is also considered to be acceptance of the contract.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Cancellation of stay more than a month before arrival - refund of 100% of the deposit

- Cancellation of the stay one to three weeks before arrival - refund of 70% of the deposit

- Cancellation of stay three weeks to one week before arrival - refund of 50% of the deposit

- Cancellation of the stay a week or less before arrival - the full amount of the deposit is forfeited to the accommodation provider.
