The newly built stylish cottage Sedmikráska is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Jizera Mountains, not far from the Tanvaldský Špičák ski resort (2 km) - in winter with ski access from the ski slopes directly to the cottage

In the summer, there are many possibilities for cycling and hiking trips directly from the cottage

On the ground floor of the cottage there is a classic wooden living room with a tiled stove, kitchenette, bathroom and separate toilet, infrared sauna

There are two bedrooms upstairs

The building has a partial basement with the possibility of storing bicycles and skis

Bedrooms and rooms: Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one of them has a double bed with a pull-out bed, a single bed

The second bedroom has a double bed.

The tiled stove with hot water fireplace insert is connected to the central heating distribution and to the electric boiler heat exchanger for hot water heating.

The nearest catering is in the restaurant of the hotel U dubu (750 m) or the restaurant Krmelec near the lift of the ski resort Tanvaldský Špičák (2 km) or in the restaurant directly on the top of Tanvaldský Špičák (2.5 km)

The nearest grocery store is in Smržovka (2 km).

A deposit of CZK 7,000 in summer and CZK 7,000 in winter (from November 1 to April 30) is required at the beginning of the stay as a deposit for the payment of consumed electricity

The deposit can also be used to pay for any damage to the building or equipment

Electricity is not included in the accommodation price

CZK 12 is paid for 1 kWh of energy consumed

The usual amount of payment for a week's stay is CZK 800 in summer and CZK 1,200 in winter (when heating with wood)

Wood consumed for heating the building is included in the accommodation price

Water consumption is included in the accommodation price

Own bed linen, towels and hygiene items with you

Alternatively, bed linen can be rented for 250 CZK per bed

A pet is only possible by agreement

Car parking and tourist tax are included in the accommodation price

When using the EZS, the possible trip of the security agency due to a false alarm is paid for in the amount of CZK 1,200

The ordered stay is only reserved for interested parties after a deposit of CZK 5,000 has been deposited into a bank account.

Payment for accommodation, i.e

additional payment to the deposit, is in advance (to the bank account at least 2 days before the start of the rental)

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable
