The cottage is built on its own fenced plot with an area of ​​1200m², it underwent a complete renovation in 2018 and offers accommodation for 15 people in 5 non-passable rooms

You will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Vysočina (WIFI is available throughout the building)

The heart of our cottage is a large common room with a stove where you can sleep on genuine sheepskins, in it you will also find a comfortable leather sofa set, a table for 12 people, a large-screen LCD TV (HDMI cable connection available), bluetooth audio system and much more

The common room has direct access to the covered terrace and is also connected to the kitchen, where you will find everything you need

The cottage has two separate toilets, a large bathroom with a bidet

There is plenty of space for fun in the large fenced garden, for the little ones we have prepared a swing, a large trampoline, climbing frames, a house and much more

Each room has a spacious wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, mirror, etc

There is a new railing in the attic.

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has two separate toilets, one bathroom with a shower, a large double sink and a bidet

Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.

Heating: The heating is provided by a new condensing boiler with a spatial WiFi thermostat, at the same time it is possible to warm up in the fireplace.

Transportation, parking: Parking on its own paved lot for up to 8 cars, almost unlimited in the vicinity.

There are two restaurants in the village, refreshments by the pond, other options are in the town of Svratka, etc.

Year-round operation, the price is, with everything, the so-called

all inclusive (bed linen, cleaning agent, tablets, toilet paper, wood, electricity, water, gas, municipal fees).

The starting day for weekly stays is Saturday from 14:00.

Departure is always at 10:00

Clients perform basic cleaning (garbage removal, vacuuming, wiping, washing dishes, etc.).

When reserving an object, all payments are made by transfer to an account through EET

In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the following cancellation conditions apply:

If, in the canceled date, the price for the rental is paid by another interested party, who is ensured by the customer, no cancellation fees will be paid (as soon as the stay is paid for by a new participant, the amount paid so far will be returned within 10 days, only the possible difference in price will be deducted from the amount - discount for last minutes, etc.).

In the event that the canceled date cannot be filled, the cancellation is charged:

60 or more days before the start of the stay - 10% of the price of the stay

59 - 30 days before the start of the stay - 30% of the price of the stay

29 days or less before the start of the stay - 50% of the price of the stay

15 days or less before the start of the stay - 100% of the price of the stay

If, in the canceled period, the rental price is paid by another interested party, who is provided by the property owner, the cancellation fee can be reduced to up to 10% of the price of the stay, regardless of the number of days.
