In winter, you can warm yourself by the fireplace in the cottage!

For perfect physical and mental relaxation, relaxation and support of your health, you can use the new full-spectrum infrared sauna for 4 people, and an outdoor hot tub for up to 6 people is being prepared!

You can prepare food on the grill in the garden with a gazebo, or sit here in bad weather

You can use the outdoor fireplace

Of course, we mustn't forget the already mentioned pool, in which you can frolic as much as you like :-)

There is also a trampoline outside for your kids to bounce on as much as they want

Bedrooms and rooms: Four separate bedrooms ensure a restful sleep

Sanitary facilities: Each floor has a bathroom with a toilet

Heating: The whole house is heated by underfloor heating, so you won't be cold here.

Transportation, parking: You can park your pets in front of the garage or in front of the cottage.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The cottage under Klíčem is open all year round! The entire building is rented.

For weekly stays, the start of the stay is always on Saturday from 4 p.m., the end of the stay on Saturday no later than 10 a.m.

Weekend stays are not possible during the summer and spring holidays

Check-in for weekend stays is possible on Friday from 4 p.m., or by appointment

End of stay on Sunday by 4 p.m.

We offer discounted weekend stays for families/smaller groups

Price of stay for a group up to

4 people (only the ground floor of the building can be used) is CZK 8,000

The surcharge for the use of one additional bedroom on the floor is CZK 2,000

Energy price CZK 2,000.

Pets are welcome!

A binding reservation will be made after payment of a deposit of 50% of the rental price.

The cancellation fee is not paid if the stay is canceled at least one month before the arrival date, the surcharge and the cost of energy 14 days before the arrival date.

The refundable security deposit paid on the day of arrival (CZK 5,000 in cash) will be used to cover possible damage to property, equipment, or exceeding the energy limit.

The price of energy (electricity, gas, heating and water) is CZK 3,500 per week, CZK 2,000 per weekend

The price of energy is not part of the accommodation fee, it is payable with the supplement for the stay

If the limit is exceeded, the price of 1kW/h is CZK 11, the price of gas is CZK 33 per 1m³.

Wood is included in the price of the stay.
