Cottage Svoboda

Chalupa Svoboda is located on a sunny slope on the outskirts of the small town of Svoboda nad Úpou, right in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains, which offers an abundance of trips, sports activities and experiences for children

SUMMER - sunshine, bikes, KRNAP

In the summer, you can enjoy plenty of mountain sun during mountain bike rides and hikes along the peaks of the highest Czech mountains, which are dominated by the towering Sněžka a few kilometers away

If you arrived without a bike and would like to go for a ride, you can rent one from one of the local rental shops or choose a scooter and effortlessly ride down the hill

TOURBUS or CYCLOBUS will take you around the famous centers of the Krkonoše Mountains in the summer.

Bedrooms and rooms: You will have two rooms available (one with 2 beds and the other with 4 beds)

Heating: The cottage offers central heating with a digital thermostat for temperature control.

Transportation, parking: Our house offers 2 private parking spaces directly in front of the house

To access the parking spaces, you have to go through the entrance gate and go up the hill in front of the house.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge with freezer, dining table

In addition, basic crockery and kitchen utensils are available

We make reservations for a minimum of 3 nights.

Price per week for the entire cottage:

Winter season: 28,000 CZK

New Year's Eve week: CZK 35,000

Christmas week: CZK 35,000

Year-round operation.

The price includes all utilities, cleaning, bed linen and resort fee.

The listed prices for the object are valid for a maximum of 7 persons.

CHECK-IN from 3:00 p.m

and CHECK-OUT until 10:00 a.m.

In the case of a reservation, a reservation deposit of 50% of the total price for accommodation must be paid

The deposit must be paid no later than 3 days after receiving the binding confirmation of the reservation or immediately in the case of a reservation 7 days or less before departure

If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will be cancelled

The deposit is paid by transfer to a bank account based on the issued written confirmation of the reservation

The surcharge is paid before arrival at the Cottage.

Cancellation Policy:

25% of the accommodation price if the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the arrival date and 50% of the accommodation price if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the arrival date

However, we always try to accommodate as much as possible and, in case of a serious reason, find an alternative accommodation date.
