The cottage is brand new, built in a beautiful quiet place with the possibility of many trips around the area both by bike and on foot. You can also relax in the wellness area with a beautiful spacious (220 cm long) wooden bathtub with a bubble massage for two (made in a family company of coopers from Wallachia), a Finnish sauna for up to 4 people, a shower and a relaxation area.
In our semi-detached log cabin in the settlement of Sušice u Dubé you will find everything you need to relax and recharge your batteries. From the terrace in front of the log cabin you can watch the grazing horses from the wooden bench and on the terrace behind the log cabin you can relax in complete privacy with a view of the meadows and forests.
The log cabin has 3 bedrooms for a total of 7 people - two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with three single beds.
The chalet has an entrance hall on the ground floor with a shoebox, a hanger and a wardrobe. There is access to a separate toilet with sink, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. The next door leads to the bedroom with a double bed of wooden beams, acacia logs serve as bedside tables, there is a wardrobe, armchair and the last door leads to the main room, where you will find a blue tiled stove, large wooden table, bench, chairs, armchairs, lamp, rocking chair and fully equipped kitchen. You will not find television with us.
The whole ground floor has a brick floor with underfloor heating.
From the main room an open wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor, where there is a toilet, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and chest of drawers, the other with three single beds and a shelf cabinet) and a spa with a wooden bath for two, Finnish sauna, shower and relaxation area .
In the bedrooms and in the hallway on the 1st floor there is a wooden floor and ceramic electric heating panels, in the wellness and toilet there is a floor made of brick attics with underfloor heating.
For children, there is a small play area with a carpet in the living area, where they will find puppets, books, cubes, stuffed animals and other toys.
The log cabin has two sandstone terraces - a terrace in front of the log cabin, through which the log cabin is entered, and a rear terrace, which is accessible through a balcony door from the living area of the log cabin. There is a sitting area on both terraces, shading on the back terrace for sunny days.
There is an electric outdoor grill, which can be used for barbecues on the terrace and a fireplace for grilling.
Outside there is a new playground, sandpit, swings for children, and on the heavy oak by the playground there is a swing and a rope ladder.
Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed of wooden beams 180cm x 200cm, bedside tables made of acacia logs, stylish lamps, a wooden wardrobe with shelves and a pole for hanging things. There is also a place to sit on an armchair with a table. The heating is underfloor.
On the 1st floor there is one bedroom with a wooden double bed 180cm x 200cm, a wooden chest of drawers, stylish lamps and a wooden floor. The floor is wooden, heating is provided by a ceramic heating panel for electricity.
In the second bedroom on the 1st floor there are three single beds 90cm x 200cm, laundry space, bedside tables and lamps. The floor is wooden and heating is provided by a ceramic electric heating panel.
SPIRIT SUPERIOR VISCO mattresses are 30 cm high in double beds - luxury mattresses with memory foam 180 x 200 cm. In the room with single beds there are mattresses SUPER FOX CLOUD Wellness 22 cm - mattresses with fine hybrid foam GelTouch with Wellness profile.
The duvets and pillows are made in a traditional Beskydy manufactory for woolen blankets of the highest quality, which are made by hand from sheep's wool purchased from local farmers. Bed linen is made of quality cotton.
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a separate toilet with sink, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, on the 1st floor there is a separate toilet with sink and part of the wellness zone is a shower (accessible only when renting with wellness).
Heating: On the ground floor there is an attic floor with underfloor heating and a tiled stove, from which the heat goes up an open staircase to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor there are electric heating ceramic panels in the bedrooms with wooden floors, in the wellness and toilet there is underfloor heating.
Transportation, parking: Parking is available for 3-4 cars in front of the log cabin on a paved area. An asphalt road leads to the log cabin, the last 50 m is a clay road.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality utensils. The nearest restaurant is 2.5 km away in Dřevčice. There is an electric grill and a fireplace for grilling.
The log cabin has a fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer (two drawers), microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (quality coffee beans and semi-skimmed foam milk available), ceramic sink .
