Possibility to rent a beautiful cottage in an attractive environment in a quiet suburb of Suchý near the pond.
In summer you will find great facilities for family bike trips in the surrounding forests, beautiful bike trails in nature and if you like mushroom picking, you will walk out of the forest with full baskets of mushrooms.
Bedrooms and rooms: On the first floor there are a total of 3 separate rooms. In each of them has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. A total of accommodation for 1 to 8 people, including children.
Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower on the ground floor and separate toilet with sink on the first floor.
Heating: Fireplace in the living room and in colder weather there is the possibility of additional heating.
Transportation, parking: The cottage can be reached without problems by car, park directly at the cottage. Possibility of parking for 2 to 3 cars.
The ground floor has an equipped kitchen. In summer there is a number of facilities in the form of stalls and restaurants in the vicinity of the pond and in the nearby camp.
On the ground floor there is a spacious common room connected to the dining room, equipped with TV, DVD player and mini CD tower.
The kitchen is equipped with utensils, kettle, gas stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave. Next to the kitchen is a cold cellar.

We rent the cottage only from the beginning of May to the end of September. Outside this period, it is not possible to rent the cottage. From June 15 to September 15, we rent only for weekly stays.
Refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 to cover any damages. Payment of electricity according to actual consumption and recreational fee to the municipality 16 CZK adult / day. The rental price includes bed linen, water and gas consumption.
We will confirm your reservation after paying a deposit of 30% of the rental price. All communication by phone or email. The entire rent for the agreed period must be paid no later than on the day of arrival.
If you want to take your dog to the cottage, you can, but only smaller breeds and by prior arrangement. We charge an extra CZK 500 for the dog.
