The cottage has an entrance hall, a bathroom with a toilet, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a living area and a sofa bed.

The large glass areas offer a wonderful view of the mountains from the bedroom and the living room.

Sanitary facilities: 1x bathroom with toilet.

Heating: Floor heating.

Transportation, parking: Own parking, capacity 6 cars.

Dining

Self-preparation in the equipped kitchen, or by walking to the nearby Štvanice restaurant.

Prices are set for the entire facility, price adjustment per person is possible.

The price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, hygiene items (soap, toilet paper, napkins), tablets for the dishwasher, capsules for the coffee machine, costs for water, parking, basic cleaning, secure storage of bikes and skis, dryers for ski boots , Wi-Fi.

The reservation is valid after a 50% deposit has been paid.

We require a refundable deposit of NOK 6,000 (advance to the account or cash upon arrival).

The price for the electricity used to operate the sauna will be added to the total price after the end of the stay.

Cancellation Policy

- more than 60 days before the start date of the stay without a cancellation fee

- less than 60 days (including) before the start date of the stay 20% of the price of the ordered services

- less than 45 days (inclusive) before the start date of the stay 30% of the price of the ordered services

- less than 30 days (inclusive) before the start date of the stay 50% of the price of the ordered services

- less than 14 days (inclusive) before the start date of the stay 80% of the price of the ordered services

- less than 7 days (inclusive) before the start date of the stay 100% of the price of the ordered services

- 100% cancellation fee will be charged even if the tenant does not start the stay at all, or ends the stay early during the stay
