I'm not here for so long

It was completed in the spring of 2022.

I managed to combine the tradition of the original timbered architecture in a modern concept with a sense of detail, sustainability, harmony with nature, but above all to make you feel comfortable in your family and friends' circle

I am sure our holiday together will be unforgettable

It does not matter if we enjoy hot summer days together, weighing sleet, winter white landscape, or spring flourishing and smell

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: You can sleep comfortably in my four comfortably equipped bedrooms.

Sanitary facilities: My two bathrooms are fully available to you.

Heating: The warmth from your legs will ensure my floor heating and for a better atmosphere you can flood in my fireplace.

Transportation, parking: Parking for 4 cars directly at the timber in a private parking lot.

Fully equipped kitchen.

Cottage furnishings

Sauna, whirlpool (May - November), TV, coffee maker, kettle, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating, fireplace, fireplace and much more to your comfort.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price includes

Accommodation, Internet connection, cot, hair dryer, bedding, towels, towels, hygienic supplies (soap, toilet paper, napkins), water and garbage removal, parking, secure storage of bikes and skis, basic cleaning, bed linen washing and the wood consumed in the fireplace.

The price does not include

The price for accommodation will be added to the sauna with the price of consumed electricity (8CZK/kWh)

Refundable deposit for without harm stay - 5 000, - CZK.

Refundable deposit for without harm stay - 10 000, - CZK Foreign nationals.

The deposit will be returned when the building is handed over on the day of departure.

The guest is responsible for the destruction of the assets and is obliged to pay the damage to the damage in the event of damaging the assets or its equipment.

Stay possible without "pets of pets."

Departure and arrival

Standard arrival from 15:00 - 15:30 (later arrival necessary to agree by phone)

Standard departure to 10:00 - 10:30 (earlier departure necessary by phone)

If it does not precede or follows another stay, after agreement these times can be moved to arrival from 10:00 and departure to 17:00 for a one -time surcharge of CZK 1000.

Cancellation

Cancel fee is calculated from the amount of advance payment: - cancellation of stay 60 or more days before the start of your stay - free of charge

- cancellation of stay 59 - 30 days before starting stay - fee of 50% of the advance payment

- cancellation of stay 29 - 14 days before starting stay - fee of 75% of the advance payment

- cancellation of stay 13 - 0 days before starting stay - fee of 100% of the advance payment

BARGAIN

After paying accommodation, we send an e-mail contract for signature, where the accommodation will agree to the accommodation and return it to the signed (e-mail, recommended letter)
