Cottage Fajna chalupa

We would like to offer you our cottage for rent in the very heart of the Beskydy, on the banks of the river Ostravice

The house is cozy and inhabited, but we are still improving it

Part of the garden around the cottage is fenced

Upon agreement, it is possible to take a four-legged pet with you

For holders of fishing licenses and valid permits, the trout fishing area Ostravice 6 (473 077) is located right next to the cottage.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has three separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room

A fourth bedroom "The Hobbit" with a double bed will also be available (the capacity of the cottage will increase by two people), info by phone

Possibility of two extra beds in the living room

Two cots are prepared for the smallest children.

Sanitary facilities: On the lower floor there is a separate toilet with a sink and a bathroom

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

Heating: The cottage is heated by an automatic boiler and radiators to a temperature of 21°C, after agreement the temperature can be increased for an additional fee.

Transportation, parking: Train station: Ostravice Train station (11 km) then transfer to the bus

Bus stop: Staré Hamry, bridge (200m)

Parking along the fence of the cottage by the forest path

Space for approx. 3 - 4 cars

If you want to drive right in front of the cottage, it is possible, but only with a 4x4 drive and at your own risk.

Cottage furnishings

The living room has a sitting area, darts, smart TV and a collection of board games

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer (there are 2 in the cottage), a gas stove with an oven, a washing machine, dishes, pots, pans, a microwave and a blender

WiFi is available at the cottage for basic work and entertainment

The staircase is protected by a baby gate

The hall is equipped with a shoe rack, a second refrigerator and a dryer for shoes and jackets

An outdoor seating area with a grill will be prepared for the summer

And for children, there will be a children's playground with a sandbox in the fenced part of the garden

The cottage is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.

Year-round operation

Outside the summer season, accommodation is also possible for a shorter period, according to the price list below.

Price for one night:

✥ off-season CZK 2,700 plus energy (from 3 nights)

✥ winter season 3300 CZK plus energy (from 3 nights)

Cancellation Policy:

✥ More than 30 days before the start of the stay is free of charge

✥ 29 – 15 days before arrival is 50% of the price of the stay

✥ 14 – 8 days before arrival is 75% of the price of the stay

✥ 7 days or less is 100% of the price of the stay

Payment is made by bank transfer, 50% deposit within 5 days of booking

14 days before arrival, the full price must be paid + a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000, also by bank transfer

The municipality's recreation fee is - CZK 20/person/day.

Pet fee - CZK 500/stay, only by prior arrangement

Summer electricity package - 500 CZK / weekly stay

Winter energy package - CZK 2,000 / weekly stay (heating at 21°C)
