Accommodation in two newly built stylish timbered houses and attic apartment

The timber area is located in a quiet edge of the village of Rudoltice near Sobotín, in the foothills of the Jeseníky Mountains, when this locality can guarantee you enough privacy, peace and comfort

It is available for guests Wellnes - Finnish sauna, swimming pool… then gazebo with grill, fireplace with seating, volleyball court and large garden for other activities

The timbered houses are fully equipped, in each of which are two bedrooms, the capacity of one building is up to 7 persons + apartment for 2 + 1 person

It is possible to rent a timber or apartment separately - ideal for families with children, but also all three objects together - in the case of a large group of friends

The apartment is located in the attic of the third timbered house and is intended only for stays in the summer months

There are up to three member family (1 double bed, 1 extra bed)

To the timber area is adjacent to a pond designed for sports fishing (trout, sole, carp), which also includes a fishing bastion (April - September)

After agreement with the owner is the possibility of fishing for borrowed or own rod

The timber is located in an area with a large number of known ski resorts - Ski Resort Kouty, Červenohorské saddle, Ski Arena Karlov and Přemyslov

Also smaller areas in the range by car within 10 minutes - Skipark Hraběšice, Ski Sobotín

For the little ones is the ideal hill just behind the timber, which can be used for bob or sledding.

Price for accommodation in an attic apartment

Price per person in the apartment for 1 night is 600,-

Accommodation in the apartment is only possible in the summer months or by appointment with the owners

Accommodation in the apartment is up to 3 people, stay at least for two nights

Please note in advance that in the apartment part of the ceiling is reduced to 205 cm (bathroom and kitchen)

We do not accept weekend stays during spring and summer holidays.

The deposit is 50% of the total amount that is paid to the account

The surcharge will be paid in front of the owner after arrival at the timber.

The total price includes

Arrival for a week's stay is, Saturday 14 pm, departure Saturday 10 hours

Weekend stay from Friday 14 pm to Sunday 10 am or otherwise, by telephone agreement

Upon completion of the stay, the customer will make the final cleaning according to the house rules or pay 500,- CZK
