Filoxenia cottage is situated in close proximity to the forest, off the main road with good accessibility
The extensive garden around the entire house, bordered by the mountain river Merta, is completely fenced so that not only children but also pets can enjoy it here
There is a garden house on the property, where you can hide both winter and summer sports equipment and a shed for 2 cars
For our guests, we have prepared fully equipped interiors with 12 beds in total in 5 rooms
A stay with us is suitable both for active sportsmen and for guests who just want to relax
Sobotín and its immediate surroundings will pleasantly surprise you with a wide range of nature trips, kilometers of cycling and hiking trails, as well as luxurious wellness with swimming pools, saunas, massages and varied cultural activities.

The 1st floor has 3 rooms: 1x five-bed, 1x double and 1x single with a cot
The rooms are equipped with wardrobes and quality solid wood beds with orthopedic mattresses
Between the rooms there is a newly built bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: The building is heated by radiant convectors with a thermostat and hot water heating is provided by two boilers for sufficient hot water

Transportation, parking: it is possible directly in the fenced building for two cars in the shelter and another two behind the gate or in front.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen for the preparation of all meals, but for those of you who want to enjoy your stay without cooking and worrying, the castle restaurant Savarin or Josef is located 900m from the cottage and the Permoník hut is 1000m away, which is also part of the castle complex.
