Cottage Amálka

A spacious holiday cottage located near the village of Lučany nad Nisou in the locality of the villages of Nová Ves nad Nisou and Smržovka in the district of Jablonec nad Nisou

A stylish object in a semi-secluded area, where you will appreciate the peace and the wonderful view of the Jizera Mountains

An ideal place for lovers of hiking and cycling, who will find here a number of marked hiking trails, cycle routes and cross-country tracks

Chalupa Amálka has three floors

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a tiled stove, a sitting area and a cozy relaxation area under the stairs

Furthermore, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (gas stove with cast iron grill plate and convection oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine for ground coffee and coffee machine for capsules, which you can buy from us), a bar with bar equipment, dining table, tiled stove, sofa set, WIFI, TV, DVD and audio player

There is a separate toilet and shower on the ground floor of the house

For children, we have a children's corner, a children's outdoor playground with swings

An outdoor heated hot tub is available in July and August

Part of the ground floor is the double room Studnice with a double bed

Another 3 maisonette apartments on the first floor of the cottage

All maisonette apartments have a double bed and bathroom facilities on the ground floor

There are additional beds in the attic of the apartment

The names of the rooms are inspired by the lookouts of the Jizera Mountains

Behind the cottage is an outdoor terrace with seating, a large kettle grill and a trampoline

Another sitting area with a wonderful view is by the fireplace under the forest

For wine lovers, we have our own wine cellar (with payment of wines according to actual consumption)

Storage for bikes/skis is possible in the lockable annex behind the cottage

The land is partially fenced, car parking is right next to the building.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Queen room – double bed, 4 additional beds in the attic, massage bath for 2 people, toilet

Slovanka room – double bed, 2 more beds in the attic, a massage shower and toilet in the bathroom

Room Bramberk – double bed and one bed in the ground floor apt, one bed in the attic, the bathroom has a massage shower and toilet

A separate toilet and massage shower are next to the room

On the ground floor under the stairs there is a cozy sleeping area that can serve as 3-4 extra beds.

Sanitary facilities: 2x bathroom with toilet and shower, 1x bathroom with massage bath for 2 people and toilet, 1x separate toilet, 1x separate shower.

Heating: The main heating of Amálka and water heating is provided by a heat pump, which supplies heat to the floor heating throughout the ground floor of the cottage and radiators in all rooms

There is also a tiled stove with a hot air exchanger in the cottage.

Transportation, parking: Parking is on the property near the cottage

The road is usually stretched in winter, but take your chains with you.

Dining

The nearest store can be found in Smržovka (3 km), but shopping is better to go straight to Jablonec (5 km), where there are markets such as Kaufland, Lidl, Albert and others

For weekend stays, it is possible, upon prior agreement, to order breakfast.

Cottage furnishings

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook for all guests

In Amálca's kitchen there is a gas stove with a cast-iron grill plate, convection oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine for ground coffee, coffee machine for capsules, kettle, high chair

The washing machine is located in the utility room

There is also an electric dryer for boots and ski boots

All lovers of draft beer will be delighted by the built-in tap and cellar, where your beer will be as if from the 7th floor

We are a direct importer of prosecco, Italian and Austrian wines

A selection of wines imported by us is ready for you in our cellar, payment is based on actual consumption

WIFI, TV and audio player are available in the living room

Of course, there is outdoor seating with a charcoal grill, a fireplace with seating

For children, we have a trampoline and a playground with swings in the garden

An outdoor heated hot tub is available in July and August.
