Two rooms are double, one triple and one quadruple

There is a sofa bed in the living room, which offers comfortable sleeping for two overnight guests

Extra beds and cots can be placed in any of the rooms

A large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets are available for guests

The large dining room and living room are connected to the generously designed kitchen

The living room is equipped with a large-screen LCD TV with satellite programs and a Playstation 3 game console. Of course, there is also fast Wi-Fi without aggregation throughout the building.

Guests have at their disposal a cold tap, with Hostomice 10 and 12 beers on tap.

The cottage can only be rented as a whole

We are also happy to welcome your pets in the accommodation

The building includes its own fenced plot of 500 m2 with a covered parking space for up to 4 cars

There is a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape from the property and the outdoor entrance terrace

A heated swimming pool, grill, fireplace, trampoline and sandpit for children are available directly on the property.

Bicycle rental for children and adults is located right on the premises

Bicycles and other sports equipment can also be stored and locked in the building

We offer guests the option of half board with delivery directly to the cottage

There are horses and ponies on the farm, which can be visited by prior arrangement by telephone

The Úslava 4 fishing area, well stocked and diverse in species, flows along the edge of the property.

Thanks to its ideal location within easy reach of the Brdy nature reserve, Novákv dvůr is suitable for an active holiday or a quiet weekend with children

The entire building was newly renovated in 2016 and offers a comfortable stay for up to 15 people

The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for sightseeing, cycling, hiking, lounging by the water or horse riding.

A deposit of 50% payable at the time of booking, an additional payment payable 5 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

(a) Up to 30 days before the start date - free cancellation without cancellation fee

(b) Up to 14 days before the start date - 50% of the contractual rental price

(c) 14 days or less - 100% of the contractual rental price.

(d) In the event of an ongoing state of crisis and a ban on travel within the Czech Republic due to an infectious disease, the accommodation provider will allow a change of date or return the already paid deposit

In order to change the date, the accommodation provider will provide a voucher for the total amount of the reservation valid for at least one year.
