Thanks to its ideal location within easy reach of the Brdy nature reserve, Novákv dvůr is suitable for an active holiday or a quiet weekend with children

The entire building was newly renovated in 2016 and offers a comfortable stay for up to 15 people

The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for sightseeing, cycling, hiking, lounging by the water or horse riding.

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has two separate bedrooms and one living room with a fold-out double bed

The larger bedroom in the attic has five beds with the possibility of one extra bed, the smaller bedroom on the ground floor has two beds

There is a large fireplace in the living room and the sofa bed offers enough space for two overnight guests.

One extra bed and baby cots can be placed in any of the rooms

A large and fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machines is available for guests.

The large dining room and living room are connected to the generously designed kitchen

The living room is equipped with a large-screen LCD TV with satellite channels.

Children under two years of age without the right to a bed stay for free

The price includes bed linen, towels, water and sewage, unlimited internet, satellite TV and Netflix

The cottage can only be rented as a whole.

Breakfast, half board or full board are ordered separately, contact us for the current price offer.

The price does not include:

- recreation fee to the village of CZK 20 per adult per night

- final cleaning CZK 1,500

- stay of pets CZK 200/night

- wood for the fire (400 CZK for a large bag of approx. 25 kg)

- a flat fee for heating the hot tub or swimming pool in the amount of CZK 400/day or CZK 1,800/week

Cancellation conditions:

(a) Up to 30 days before the start date - free cancellation without cancellation fee

(b) Up to 14 days before the start date - 50% of the contractual rental price

(c) 14 days or less - 100% of the contractual rental price.

(d) In the event of an ongoing state of crisis and a ban on travel within the Czech Republic due to an infectious disease, the accommodation provider will allow a change of date or return the already paid deposit

In order to change the date, the accommodation provider will provide a voucher for the total amount of the reservation valid for at least one year.
