Sloup in Bohemia and its surroundings is a real tourist paradise all year round and a famous summer resort

The village is located at the foot of the Lužické Mountains in the Liberec region, in the Česká Lípa district

The dominant feature of the village is the rock castle Sloup, unique candlelit concerts take place here in the summer, and several fairy tales were filmed here, for example S čerty nýj žerty

Another dominant feature is the wonderful forest theater, where theatrical performances for children and adults are played during the summer

In the summer, it's lively here, lovers of swimming will enjoy themselves at the famous, natural swimming pool with sandy beaches, boat rental, restaurant, refreshments, rope park and the attractive Venetian night

There is also an admirable lookout tower right in the village, it is also worth visiting the rock town, sightseeing circuits, an interesting educational trail for children, excursion circuits and routes for tourists and cycle paths

There is a riding stable, a popular cafe, restaurant, refreshments, a well-stocked shop, a post office and a large cultural hall

In the summer, it's lively here, lovers of swimming and all year round lovers of trips, castles, chateaux, hiking, cycling, culture, history, mushroom picking and admirers of glass art, because we are also an important glass area

We are a region full of attractions that are worth seeing, for example Pánská Skála, here you can remember the fairy tale The Proud Princess, the admirable Ještěd, or the nearby Czech Switzerland

You can relax in the garden under the pergola, have a barbecue, and enjoy the large garden with elements for children

Bedrooms and rooms: On the first floor there are 3 four-bed rooms, 1 five-bed room, 1 triple room and 1 double room

These rooms have one shared, fully equipped kitchen and sanitary facilities only on the ground floor (3 toilets, 2 showers, 1 washroom)

In the large room, a kitchen unit with a stove, refrigerator, TV, sofa bed and tables and chairs.

Sanitary facilities: Social facilities + washrooms are located only on the ground floor of the house (3 x WC, 2 x shower, washroom with 1 sink)

Both apartments have their own bathroom facilities.

Heating: In the winter (heating) season, heating with gas boilers is provided

In the winter season and out of season, it is possible to warm up in the evening with a fireplace stove in the common room

They don't get hot in the summer season.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible at the house in the fenced garden

Up to 15 cars can fit.

The house has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen

It has 4 fridges, 2 gas cookers with electric oven, 2 microwaves, 2 sinks for washing dishes, 2 kettles, crockery, cutlery, pots, mugs, glasses etc.

Dishwashing liquid, sponges are available

In the common room, there is a greenhouse equipped with glasses for beer, champagne, wine, limo and frŤany

There is a shop nearby that is open every day and several restaurants and snacks

Cottage furnishings

On the ground floor there is a kitchen with equipment for 32 people (2 combined stoves, 2 microwave ovens, 4 refrigerators, 2 kettles, dishes) a common room (fireplace stove, TV, 2 sofas, a greenhouse with all kinds of glasses)

Adults and children will certainly appreciate the large garden, there is a pleasant sitting area (5 beer benches) under the pergola, a merry-go-round, a sandpit, a house and toys and a sitting area for the little ones, a fireplace and 5 grills.

In the summer season, we accommodate, if possible, even for a shorter period, it does not have to be a weekly stay.

During the heating season, we only accommodate groups, according to the price list for groups.

In case of cold weather outside the heating season, you won't freeze, we will heat and you will pay extra for heating.

1 night per cottage:

is increased by 2,000CZK, without attic by 1,500CZK, without apartments by 1,000CZK

• small dog 50 CZK per night, medium 100 CZK and large 150 CZK per night, the fee for a dog is also paid when renting the entire cottage, the dog must be registered in advance, the garden cleaned up after it and the hair in the cottage swept away.

- bicycles and e-bikes must be registered in advance, the price for an e-bike is CZK 50 per night

Family celebrations, weddings, parties, meetings for 1 night or without sleeping:

Renting a cottage without sleeping is 5,000 CZK, in the heating season 6,000 CZK

+ with sleeping according to the number of occupied beds.

Price with sleeping for 1 night - max 32 people

price according to the price list + supplement for 1 night

The price is for 24 hours, acceptance and delivery according to the agreement

The price includes electricity, water, heating, parking, an equipped kitchen including dishes and all kinds of glasses

It is possible to use the fireplace stove in the common room, fireplace and 4 grills for heating, wood and coal are not provided

School trips / camps / schools and kindergartens in nature / heating season increase by 30 CZK per night

The price of the stay includes:

• electricity, water, gas heating, cleaning, parking in the locked garden

• television and wifi

• bed linen, detergents in the kitchen and hand soap in the washroom, 6 hand towels, 4 tea towels

• 5 grills, fireplace and forks for toasted burritos, fireplace stove

• children's chairs

• outdoor table tennis

By yourself:

towels and soap for personal use, charcoal for grilling, wood for roasting and for the fireplace, rackets and balls for table tennis

When staying, a fee of CZK 30 per day per person over 18 years old is paid in cash to the village

Payment Terms:

Deposit: 50% of the price, for the reservation to be valid it must be paid within 7 days of making the reservation

The deposit is fully refundable no later than 3 months before the start of the stay

Cancellation within 2 months before the start of the stay is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation fee

Cancellation 2 months or less before the start of the stay, the reservation fee is forfeited

• the remaining 50% is paid 14 days before arrival, all through a bank account

Bail:

• in the case of renting the entire building, a deposit of CZK 3,000 is collected

The deposit is paid upon arrival and is refundable upon departure when everything is in order in the property

Pets:

• You can spend your vacation with us with your pets, the owner of the pet is also responsible for any damages

Pets must be notified in advance

Arrival, departure

• arrival possible from 16.00 - 19.00 hours

Outside the summer season, 3-6 p.m

• on the day of departure, please clear out by 10 a.m. and do the final cleaning, which includes cleaning dishes in the kitchen, emptying baskets, cleaning stoves, grills and fireplaces and removing bed linen and sheets.

We do not live at the cottage, nor do we have a reception, therefore arrivals and departures must be observed or agreed in advance according to possibilities and capacity.

Earlier takeover and later handover is subject to availability and for an additional charge of 200 CZK per hour / 300 CZK in the heating season

Single families and couples - 50 CZK per room and apartment

Accommodation, garden and parking are only possible for guests who have paid for their stay, no visits are respected and in case of violation the stay ends, or it is possible to make arrangements with the operating

The cottage is located in a part of the village, between permanently inhabited houses and recreational facilities.

If your company or employer contributes to your vacation, we offer the option of invoicing this contribution and using it as payment for your vacation (vacation contributions from FKSP funds, the employer or the trade union).
