The cottage is situated almost in solitude, in the foothills of the Slepiče and Novohradské mountains, near the village of Slavče

This place offers not only peace, romance, beautiful nature, but also a lot of sports and other activities in the area

You arrive at a warm cottage, you can warm up in the tiled stove and enjoy the atmosphere of old times and crackling wood

There is a sauna and an open fireplace.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a living room on the ground floor with a dining table, a sofa, an armchair and a tiled stove

Upstairs there is a bedroom (double bed) and a "children's" bedroom (3 connected beds)

The third bedroom is located above the garage (double bed, wardrobe)

A cot may also be available

In addition, you can use up to four extra beds - 2 in the bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the kitchen

After a day's activities, you will like to relax on the sofa in the "reading corner" and leaf through the extensive library.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a small bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet

There is a Finnish sauna with a portable outdoor shower.

Heating: Oil radiators, tiled stove.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible immediately upon entering the building.

In Trhové Sviny /6 km/ shops Lidl, Terno, Teta, Kik and several restaurants and pizzerias

We recommend a restaurant in Žumberek.

The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a two-burner stove, a microwave oven, a kettle

The kitchen is fully equipped with stylish and functional dishes

In the living room there is a tiled stove with an oven, TV, Wi-Fi connection throughout the cottage

There are plenty of board games for all categories

A fireplace with an open view of the yard offers a place to sit even in bad weather or to relax after a sauna

There is garden furniture and a garden swing

The water in the building from a 60-meter well is drinkable, but due to the high iron content, it is not tasty

There is free bottled water prepared in the hall.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price includes accommodation, tourist tax, bed linen, towels.

A deposit of CZK 10,000 is paid in cash upon arrival and is returned upon handing over the property on the day of departure.

Electricity consumption and wood consumption are paid separately according to current consumption on the day of departure.

Wood for your consumption during your stay prepared upon arrival is included in the price.

Binding reservation, payment terms:

To confirm a binding reservation, the deposit of the reservation deposit is decided by the first interested party

Payment of the reservation deposit in the amount of 50% of the total rental price is paid to the lessor's account held at ČSOB number 295463466/0300

Enter the customer ID from the offer sent to you by email as a variable symbol, please enter your last name in the note.

After receiving the payment, the reservation will be bindingly confirmed to your email.

The additional payment is due 21 days before starting the accommodation.

If your stay starts in 25 days or less, the entire amount, including the surcharge, is paid for the binding confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation fees - in case of cancellation of ordered services, the client will be charged the following cancellation fees:

50% of the deposit paid if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the start date.

100% of the deposit paid if the cancellation occurs less than 21 days before the start date.

100% of the price of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the date or the customer does not start the contracted stay.

Arrival dates:

Starting day for a weekly stay is Saturday at 4-8pm

The end of the stay is on Saturday at 10 a.m.

The starting day for the long weekend is Thursday after 17:00-20:00
