You can use the cottage in Slavč in South Bohemia under the hen mountains south of the Trhové Sviny to spend relaxing moments

The capacity of the accommodation is 13 beds in two separate apartments of 6 and 7 persons

Each apartment includes kitchens (hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery), municipal water, central heating and wifi

In both apartments bathroom (bath or shower, toilet), then available 1x -oil counter, 1x kid's stool and on request 1x birch

You can use the privacy of a closed backyard with an indoor outdoor seating area

Animal friends can come with you

If necessary we will provide you with transport from/to the station in České Budějovice

In the hen mountains there is a nice area for hiking, bikes, bathing and mushrooming and fishing

In winter you will use cross -country skiing

For further trips are within reach of Třeboň, Nové Hrady, Český Krumlov, Vltava and Lipno

It is possible to go from Slavč from both Třeboňsko and Novohradsko and Doudlebsko, Kaplicko, Vitorazsko or Šumava

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The bedroom on the ground floor offers 4 beds in a separate bedroom and up to two beds in a small room

Beds are equipped with bed linen and towels that are included

The ground floor also includes a dining room with a kitchenette

The dining room offers a sofa table with 6 seats at the table and then, if necessary, a children's stool for the youngest visitors

The sideboard is equipped with enough dishes such as plates, bowls, glasses, trays, wine glasses, beer jugs

Kitchenette offers everything for normal cooking is needed

From basic equipment such as pots, pelvis, boards, cutlery, knives and more can be used a built -in dishwasher (including tablets - the price of stay), induction hob, microwave, kettle, and fridge with freezer

There is tiles throughout the ground floor

The bed of the attic also offers 4 beds

It is also in the attic, in the residential part, it is possible to use a full folding two -seat sofa and a separate single bed

As on the ground floor, beds are equipped with bed linen and towels that are included

In the living area there is a folding table with up to 7 seats and further two and three -digit sofa for rest and relaxation

At the same time there is also a play corner for the smallest (table and two chairs, basket with toys)

The sideboard, as on the ground floor, is equipped with a sufficient amount of dishes and needs for dining

In the central part of the attic is a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find a built -in refrigerator, dishwasher (including tablets - in the price of stay), induction hob and microwave with grill and kettle

A wooden floor is laid throughout the attic

There are piece carpets in the living and playing parts of the attic.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom on the ground floor with bath, sink and toilet

There is enough space in the bathroom to use a changing counter that is available and can be prepared by request

Bathroom for the attic offers a shower with toilet and sink

In both bathrooms you will find basic hygienic equipment such as towels, soaps, toilet paper, spare washing and sanitary equipment.

Heating: The cottage is heated by an electric boiler connected to a central heating distribution with the possibility of remote heating temperature control

On the ground floor, the kitchen can be used for cooking, but also flooding a tiled stove with an oven.

Transportation, parking: The cottage Slavča is very easily accessible by car, parking can be parked on the land in front of the cottage and in the village square at the cottage.

Dining

There is a local shop and an inn, where you can go to the beer

In Trhové Sviny (5km) you will find Lidl, Terno, Flop, Aunt, Kik, several restaurants and pizzeria, cycling - service and more.

Cottage furnishings

There are two fully equipped kitchenettes on the cottage that contain:

Induction hobs, fridge, kettle, microwave with grill, dishwasher, on the ground floor there is a functional tiled stove with oven

Outdoor seating offers a new grill, open fireplace, play corner with house, sandpit

In a closed backyard awaiting you a herb beds that are ready for you and your goodies

A WiFi connection is available throughout the cottage.

Deposit for booking 50% of the price of stay

Cancel: 4 weeks before the date of accommodation - without cancellation fee

3 weeks before the date of accommodation - cancellation fee 25% of the price of stay

In the case of a new one, a cancellation fee is reduced to 10%

2 weeks before the date of accommodation - cancellation fee 50% of the price of stay
