We offer for rent a stylishly furnished cottage located in the center of the picturesque and quiet village of Skvrňov, Kolín district, near the town of Sázava
The cottage is newly renovated and offers guests, with its location and amenities, an ideal place where the holiday will be relaxing in summer and winter
Our cottage offers accommodation for families with children, but it will also suit adults without children
The capacity of the cottage is 10 beds (5 bedrooms) with the possibility of adding a cot
The outdoor facilities in the closed yard are an integral part of our cottage
You will be welcomed by a covered pergola for quiet sitting, which includes an outdoor fireplace
The cottage includes a grassy garden with benches and a fireplace, which is not accessible from the yard (50m)
There is a municipal children's playground at a distance of 100 m from the building.
Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room connected to a living room with a sofa and a cozy wood-burning stove

On the upper floor there are four separate bedrooms (2+2+2+2 beds)

The town of Uhlířské Janovice, 5.5 km away, Sázava - 11 km Tesco offers all kinds of shopping and restaurants.
Farma Bláto - 2 km will take care of gourmet experiences
They provide excellent cuisine from the products of their farm and from local suppliers, they welcome you in the premises - the Maštal restaurant, the glass lounge Veranda, the outdoor area Lesní zatiší and the outdoor bar with grill, currently open on Fridays and Saturdays
You can also visit restaurants in Uhlířské Janovice, Zásmuký, Sázav, etc.

The cottage is occupied as a whole.
In the summer season, only weekly stays are possible.
The price does not include electricity consumption

CZK 7 per KWh.
Stay with a pet by agreement with the owner
Payment is made in two stages
The 1st part of the payment (50%) must be paid no later than 3 days after sending the contract

part of the payment - the additional payment must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental
If the client orders the cottage less than 5 weeks before arrival, the full payment is due immediately
The exact maturity period will always be specified in the specific rental agreement
In case of non-compliance with these conditions, the lessor reserves the right to immediately cancel the validity of the rental agreement without compensation.
The deposit is CZK 2,000 per house and week
The owner reserves the right to use the deposit to account for possible damage to the house's equipment, electricity arrears
The deposit will be returned to the client's account after cleaning.
In case of cancellation of the rental within 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the stay
In case of cancellation of a stay of 7 days or less, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the stay
We do not rent the house for any celebrations (family, jubilee...
) and it is not possible to accommodate youth groups
All this with regard to good relations with the neighbors
In case of non-compliance with these conditions, the stay may be terminated immediately.
