Within 5 working days it is necessary to pay a deposit for reserved rental of the cottage.

If the advance is not paid within 5 working days, the date of stay is released to another customer and the reservation is canceled.

The surcharge is due 22 days before accessing the accommodation.

Cancel Conditions:

In case of cancellation of the reservation 60 days before arrival, the deposit is in full

When you cancel the reservation 14-29 days before arrival, 50 % of the deposit will be returned

When you cancel the reservation 0-13 days before arrival, the amount is in full
