Restaurant with kitchen 200m, we can also provide full board upon request, 2x groceries 100m.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Accommodation with a capacity of 27 people (of which 4 extra beds)

The building has a ground floor + 1st floor

There are 5 separate non-passable rooms at your disposal, which can be arranged according to requirements

On the ground floor:

there are 2 rooms with bathroom facilities and a large kitchen

Further across the corridor is the lounge (playroom for children) with fireplace, kitchen and bar + 2 toilets

Both rooms have separate entrances, and there are also doors between them, which can of course be locked

Social facilities: next to both rooms there is a large shared bathroom + toilet, the bathroom and toilet are separated with separate entrances

Bathroom equipment: 2 sinks, bathtub with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, underfloor heating

Kitchen: in front of the first room there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, the kitchen has a stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and all cooking and dining equipment

Social facilities: next to room 4 there is a separate shower, separate toilet, sink

In room 5 there is a separate bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet together, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom

Kitchen: in the small hall in front of the room, there is a kitchenette with a table and chairs

There are also 2 toilets on the ground floor next to the Lounge (social room) and also a WC in the Wellness.

There is a classic fireplace in the common room (Lounge).

Transportation, parking: You can find us not far from Humpolka (7 km from D1), almost in the center of the Czech Republic :)..

Unlimited parking directly in front of the building :-)

Dining

We will be happy to prepare breakfast (in the form of a buffet), as well as half board or full board

We also provide excellent catering for your celebrations, events and weddings, including service and delivery of drinks

The property has three equipped kitchens for your cooking and one outside under the pergola

You can also use an outdoor grill and a large spit for roasting whole piglets or legs

In the village there are 2 Groceries within 100m (open Sat and Sun), Restaurant 200m, Supermarket 11km.

The operation is year-round, weekend stays, New Year's stays, Christmas stays.

Weekly stays in the summer season of 6 nights: arrival Saturday from 3 p.m. - departure Friday until 11 a.m.

Upon agreement, it is also possible to rent a part of the building

When booking for less than a week (min

but for 2 nights) prices can be negotiated individually.

The rental price includes:

accommodation with garden and yard, lounge (games room) with bar and kitchen, parking in front of the building, bed linen, towels, bed sheets, wellness towels, tea towels, detergents and dishwasher, water consumption, toiletries, WiFi and O2 TV, all sports equipment and games, outdoor deckchairs, outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen with equipment, grill, wood for fireplaces and fireplace (optimal consumption), wine cellar, herbs..

It is possible to offer you a home-cooked meal (breakfast, half-board and full board) and provide draft beers, Prosecco, limo and wine

- cleaning of the building including outdoor areas and wellness 1,900 CZK

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

A deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is paid within 5 days after ordering the date (after sending the account number by e-mail)

The supplement for the stay is also paid by bank transfer no later than 30 days before the start of the stay

It is also possible to pay the entire amount at once.

A refundable deposit of CZK 7,000 is paid in cash before the start of the stay

The deposit is billed at the end of the stay.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

30 - 15 days before arrival 50% of the accommodation price

14 - 8 days before arrival 75% of the accommodation price

7 days or less before arrival 100% of the accommodation price
