The cottage is located in the picturesque countryside in the mountain village of Sedloňov in Orlické hory

The village of Sedloňov is about 3 km from the ski sports center of the village of Deštné in Orlické hory

The new modern cottage is equipped for families with children, but also for groups of friends, sportsmen and companies

Accommodation is possible in 4 spacious apartments, each equipped with a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a refrigerator

In the garden there is a trampoline, swing, climbing frame, slide for children, there is also a sandpit, a ping-pong table and an outdoor pool

A grill is also available

A heated boot dryer is available in winter

A washing machine and dryer are also available

A grass field is also available for guests

In total, including children (even small ones in cots) for 15 people

Smoking is prohibited in the building

Use of the cottage, pool and children's facilities, including swings, is at your own risk.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor of the building there is a large common room equipped with a large kitchen including a fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, simple capsule coffee machine, kettle

There is also a freezer box and a wall-mounted dryer for shoes and clothes

There is also a four-bed two-room apartment on the ground floor of the building, also with a fully equipped small kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, hotplate and kettle

The apartment is divided into two rooms, which provides privacy and well-being especially for parents of children

Part of the apartment on the ground floor is a separate bathroom

There are a total of three apartments on the floor - one with five beds, one with four beds and one with two beds

All apartments have fully equipped kitchen units and sanitary facilities

Large apartments are two-roomed, which guarantees privacy for both parents and possibly their children

The rooms in the apartments are walk-through

There is a high-quality Internet connection throughout the building.

All bathrooms have their own boiler for heating hot water.

Heating: The cottage is centrally heated by an electric boiler (6 CZK/kW) in combination with a wood-burning fireplace insert.

Transportation, parking: The cottage has year-round trouble-free access via a well-maintained asphalt road, regularly plowed in winter

There is parking for 6 vehicles.

Dining

Self-catering at the cottage, the building has a fully equipped kitchen in the common room, there are small kitchens in the individual apartments

It is also possible to eat in the village of Bystré, in the restaurant Sedloňovský dvůr, in restaurants in Deštné in Orlické hory.

Cottage furnishings

Equipped kitchen: spacious stainless steel fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, stick blender, kettle, coffee machine (Dolcegusto tablets must be taken), complete cooking and dining equipment, including beer pints, wine glasses

On the ground floor of the modern cottage there is a large common room with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large table, TV, sofa set, children's corner

From the common room there is an entrance to the terrace, WHERE THERE IS A NEWLY BUILT OUTDOOR COVERED SITTING AND A FINNISH SAUNA with shower and toilet

On the ground floor of the building there is also an entrance room with a heated dryer for a large number of shoes and clothes, a separate toilet

There is also a room with a washing machine and dryer in the building, and a clothes dryer is also available

Furthermore, on the ground floor of the building there is a four-bed two-room apartment with a bathroom with a shower and toilet

This apartment has a separate kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, hob, microwave oven, kettle

There are 3 apartments on the first floor, each with a bathroom and toilet

The largest apartment has two rooms and there are a total of five comfortable beds

The second apartment is also a two-room apartment with four beds, the third apartment is a one-room apartment with two beds

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The mountain cottage is in operation all year round, it is also possible to rent it for weekends (by arrangement it is possible to arrive already on Thursday)

In the main summer season, we only offer accommodation for a week

We add to the price the consumption of electricity (according to valid ČEZ tariffs, 6 CZK/kWh) and a fee to the municipality (15 CZK per adult per day)

The price includes all bed linen, bath towels, towels, dishcloths, detergents, hygiene products, free use of the washing machine and dryer is available (tablets must be taken).

Of course, the cleaning of the cottage is also included in the price, so guests do not have to clean anything upon departure

Heating is also possible with briquettes in the fireplace insert

A pet is possible, but only by agreement

The price for a pet is 100 CZK/day.

In the winter season (January - March) we rent the building for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday

In June and during the holidays, we rent the building only in weekly cycles from Saturday to Saturday.
