A smaller house with a closed yard on the edge of the village of Šakvice is intended primarily for lovers of the village style, where the rooms have beamed ceilings and mostly village furniture

Although the house is small, it provides its visitors with everything they need - comfort, peace and relaxation from the big city, in which you can also play music

The house was also liked by friends from the animal kingdom, who, after their arrival from the southern regions, set up their abode in the passage every year, where they have already brought out several cubs

According to them, this house also got its name

If you arrive at the right time, you will also have something to taste: strawberries, peas, kohlrabi, tomatoes, mint, parsley, chives, apricots, vines inside the garden and plums with pears outside the garden.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Capacity of the building for a maximum of 7 people

There are: 2 x rooms with beds: 1 x single bed (+ provision of 1 x cot), 1 x 4 beds and 1 x living room with 2 beds on a sofa bed.

Sanitary facilities: 1 x bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.

Heating: Gas puffs.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible behind the building, where the driveway also leads.

Price for 2 persons and over 5 persons according to individual agreement.

Dog fee - small breed allowed: CZK 150/night, large breed by agreement

Price includes:

provision of bed linen, towels, cleaning products, wood, price for energy, recreation fee, internet connection.

Final cleaning is always done by the accommodation - cleaning agents are available.

Deposit for possible damage: CZK 3,000, in case of no damage, the deposit is refundable.

A 50% deposit, as a reservation fee, is always paid in advance to the account

After crediting the reservation fee to the account, the reservation is made, i.e

a confirmation of the reservation is sent to the e-mail of the inquirer and the reservation is simultaneously entered into the object's calendar

The remaining part of the accommodation fee must be sent to the account at least 7 days (the time can be shortened by agreement) before the start of the stay, but no later than on the day of the start of the accommodation.

Arrival: from 14:00 at the earliest, then by arrangement

Departure: no later than 10:00, or

according to contract

Weekly stays are preferred during the summer holidays.

Cancellation fees in the amount of:

0% of the total contracted accommodation price if the cancellation is notified more than 60 days before the start of the stay,

30% of the total contracted accommodation price if the cancellation is notified 30 to 60 days before the start of the stay,

50% of the total contracted accommodation price if the cancellation is notified 30 to 10 days before the start of the stay,

80% of the total contracted accommodation price, if the cancellation is notified 10 days or less before the start of the stay.
