The village is located very close to the Austrian border (the Šejba crossing)

In the winter season, an indoor jacuzzi for 800 CZK per week

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor

One with a double bed, a bed and a cot

The second bedroom also has a double bed and 2 single beds

In the attic there is a third bedroom with a double bed

an extra bed and a separate bed

There is a sofa bed in the living room

The equipment of the rooms includes a wardrobe and bedside tables with a lamp

Possibility of adding one more portable cot.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine

There is one toilet with a sink in the attic.

Heating: The building is heated by a heat pump.

Transportation, parking: Public parking 10m from the building

You can also park in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Dining

The nearest shop and restaurant is located in Horní Stropnice (3 km).

Cottage furnishings

The family house has a fully equipped large kitchen on the ground floor (dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, TV, dining chair for children)

The building has one bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet

Possibility of using a washing machine, dryer and iron

The living room with TV is equipped with a spacious couch that can be folded out

So the object would fit 2 more people

The property has an indoor hot tub and an outdoor pool

Part of the building is a fenced garden with a terrace

There is a charcoal grill on the covered terrace

The building has a room for storing bicycles and ski equipment

For children, there is a playhouse, a sandpit and a slide with a swing available in the garden

In the attic there is a toilet with a sink + the room is equipped with a television.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The building is in operation all year round

The deposit collected is CZK 5,000 (per week's stay)

CZK 2,000 is a deposit for a weekend stay

Accommodation must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival, otherwise the stay will be cancelled

Upon prior agreement, the stay can be paid in cash upon arrival

The cancellation fee is the amount of the deposit

A local fee of CZK 20/person/day is payable on site

The fee for a dog is 450 CZK

In the winter season, the possibility of using the indoor jacuzzi for a fee of CZK 800 per week.

Possibility of accommodation for less than a week

In this case, the price of accommodation is CZK 2,250 per day/object.
