Cottage Jindřichův Mlýn

The water mill on the Kocába River, whose foundation dates back to 1620. The water wheel, the water reservoir and the flow of the Kocába River give this place signs of authenticity and a historical legacy

The building itself has 2 floors

On the ground floor, which has been preserved in the original style, there is a common room with an open fireplace and billiards, as well as a common dining room with an oven, a bar and a kitchen

Depending on the weather, it is also possible to sit outside under the pergola, which offers roasting and grilling with an open fireplace

The building is located in a semi-secluded area and therefore it is necessary to observe the rules of public order

Free parking inside the mill premises

The building is located in the Dolík locality, which is part of the Rybníky village and is approx. 0.5 km from the village.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the first floor there are two double rooms and one four-bed room with a bunk bed

Each room has a separate bathroom and toilet

On the second floor there is one double room and one triple room

Both are also equipped with a separate bathroom and toilet

1x3 bed room, double bed + single bed

1x4 bed room, double bed + bunk bed

Bed linen and towels are part of the room equipment.

Sanitary facilities: All rooms are equipped with their own sanitary facilities

If necessary, it is possible to use separate toilets for men and women on the first floor.

Heating: The rooms are heated by direct heaters, the common room and the dining room are heated by a fireplace and an oven.

Transportation, parking: Parking is free in the mill area.

The kitchen facilities provide the possibility to prepare your own meals

A grill for roasting a leg or a small piglet can be rented for a fee of NOK 500

On the first floor there is a kitchenette equipped with a kettle, microwave oven and fridge

There is no TV or other reproduction equipment in the building

Wifi connection is available free of charge throughout the mill premises.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The building is in operation from the month of May to the end of the month of October of the calendar year.

For weekly stays, it is possible to start on Saturday from 3:00 p.m. and end the stay on Saturday by 10:00 a.m.

For weekend stays, check-in is possible on Friday from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is possible on Sunday until 10:00 a.m.

The price does not include stay fees set at 15 kroner/person/night and a pet fee of 100 kroner/night, for weekly stays a fee of 400 kroner is charged.

Electricity consumption is charged at the rate of CZK 8/kW.

Consumption of firewood for the fireplace and oven CZK 1,000/m3, rental of an electric grill for pigs CZK 500

The refundable deposit is set at 5,000 crowns.

The minimum amount for booking the entire building is NOK 6,000 per day if the building is unoccupied.

The price for an extra bed is 300 crowns/night, two extra beds are available

The price per cottage per night is valid in case of ordering a weekly stay.
