We offer accommodation in a beautiful, renovated stilt cottage, which is located in the village of Růžová, within easy walking distance to the biggest tourist attractions of Czech Switzerland - Pravčická brána 8.9 km (2 h 50 min walk); valley of Tiché and Divoké gorge 2.8 km (56 minutes walk); Dolský mlýn 5.2 km (90 minutes' walk)

There is a large fenced plot around the cottage, which provides sufficient privacy and at the same time space for parking up to 6 cars

On the ground floor of the house there is a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathrooms (1 x bathtub + 1 x shower), two separate toilets and a bedroom with 4 beds

On the 1st floor there are 3 generous bedrooms (2 x 4 beds + 1 x 3 beds)

The heating is by electric direct heaters, the water is heated by two 120 liter boilers

There are 2 very good restaurants, a grocery store and a bus stop within a 6-minute walk, and the Nový Svět natural swimming pool is a 6-minute drive away.

Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor: one bedroom (1 x double bed + 2 x single beds)

First floor: three bedrooms: 1st bedroom - 1 x double bed + 2 x single beds

2nd bedroom - 1 x double bed + 2 x single beds

3rd bedroom - 1 x double bed + 1 x single bed.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor of the house there is a large washroom, where in separate areas there is: a corridor and a separate sink, two separate toilets, a shower with a sink and a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink.

Heating: The building is heated by electric direct heaters.

Transportation, parking: You can park in the fenced garden in front of the house, the capacity is at least 6 cars.

Dining

There are 2 very good restaurants and a grocery store within a 6 minute walk of the cottage.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

We offer weekly stays (from Saturday 4:00 p.m. to Saturday 11:00 a.m.) or weekend stays (from Friday 4:00 p.m. to Sunday 11:00 a.m.).

If occupied by more than 10 people, the price increases by 30%.

May, June and September - CZK 10,900 per week (weekend from Friday to Sunday CZK 7,900)

July to August - CZK 16,900 (weekly stays only)

The reservation is made after payment of 50% of the rent, the rest of the rent and a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 is paid within one month before the start of the stay, or within a shorter agreed period.

Included in the price: water and electricity consumption, village fees, dog fee, wifi

During the duration of the lease, the owner is not present in the building.
