Cottage to rent

Detached in a quiet village in the Osoblažský promontory on the border with the Republic of Poland, mostly a small cottage village. It is a very quiet location, especially suitable for families with children and cyclists. There are many bike paths with minimal traffic. In the village there is a possibility to rent tennis courts, which are located about 200m from the building. The term pet means only a dog of a small breed, but the land is not completely fenced.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The building is open all year round. In the summer season only weekly stays. Out of season, weekend stays are also possible. For occupancy up to 5 people, the price is 10000 per week.

The deposit of CZK 2,000 is payable on the spot upon arrival and acceptance of the building.

The price of the building includes a recreational fee, water and wood for heating, electricity is paid according to consumption and tariff.

After booking, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 50% of the total price of the object within 7 days and send the additional payment no later than 14 days before the start date, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited in favor of the operator.

The object must be handed over in the condition in which it was taken over, otherwise the cleaning of the object will be charged in the amount of 700 CZK.

Own bed linen. Check-in from 2 pm and end at 10 am at the latest.

The first possible rental for this season is from 25.6.2022.
