Bedrooms and rooms: 2 four-bed rooms in the attic (1 double bed, 2 single beds), one room with a view of Rožmberk Castle and the other room with a view of its own garden.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower and toilet in the attic, separate toilet on the ground floor.

Heating: Heating with a wood-burning fireplace, electric boiler.

Transportation, parking: Parking for 3-4 cars right next to the cottage.

Grocery store just opposite (50 m), restaurant on the square (150 m).

On the ground floor, a large living room with a fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, all dishes for 8 people) and a separate toilet

In the attic, 2 four-bed rooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), one room with a view of Rožmberk Castle and the other room with a view of its own garden, and a bathroom with shower and toilet

Availibility, fees, price specifications

We prefer weekly stays, shorter stays are possible only outside the summer season.

In case of accommodation for 3 nights or less, the price is 3300 CZK/cottage/night

Arrival and departure is always possible from Friday from 4:00 p.m. to Sunday until 4:00 p.m.

Other dates only by prior arrangement

The building is in operation all year round

The price of the stay includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, wood for the fireplace, use of outdoor seating with a grill and electricity consumption

The price of the stay does not include final cleaning, the price of which is CZK 1,000, and a tourist tax of CZK 17/person/night

After confirming the reservation, we require payment of a deposit of 50% of the total price (minimum of CZK 3,000) to the account within a week, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled

The remaining amount must be paid to the account together with a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 4 weeks before the start of the stay

The refundable deposit can also be sent separately immediately before arrival

The tourist tax will be deducted from the refundable deposit, the rest will be returned to the account after the end of the stay

The amount paid is refundable only if you cancel the accommodation reservation within 14 days before the planned arrival.
