Some apartments offer a breathtaking view of Trosky Castle, while others will delight you with a view of the peaceful village of Rovensko pod Troskami

Families with children, a group of friends, cyclists or corporate team building - everyone is welcome here! For relaxation and entertainment, we have prepared an indoor heated pool, a sauna, an outdoor pool, a sun terrace with a grill and a fireplace

Our outdoor multifunctional playground and children's playground with swings, a slide and a trampoline will ensure that both adults and children will have a great time here.

We also have a large common room equipped with a projector with a screen, flip chart, karaoke and a spacious common kitchen.

New from 2025, you will also find a GAMING ROOM with foosball, billiards, a dart machine and two arcade machines - ideal for fun-filled evenings

During your stay, you can park all your cars in the fenced and camera-guarded parking lot

We are located in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise and thus act as a perfect center for discovering all the surrounding beauties

In the immediate vicinity of MAX'S KINGDOM is the Borecké skály reserve, where you can admire a beautiful view, a carved turtle in the rock or enjoy the view of the fallow deer field with up to 200 fallow deer and even a few white fallow deer

Trosky Castle is 4 km from us along the blue trail

You can also reach Valdštejn Castle or Hrubá skála Castle in five minutes by car

Among the many surrounding beauties are also Klokočské skály, Malá skála, Pantheon Vranov, Besedické skály, Rumcajs cave in the Brada forest, Kozákov Lookout and much, much more, all within a 10-minute drive by car

On rainy days, you can go from us to the Liberec Aquapark, or to the zoo or perhaps to a tour of the Bozkovské caves

In the town of Rovensko itself there is also a world rarity - Inverted bells

The beds are always cleanly made and you will find a towel and bath towel on each of the beds.

When using the pool, we recommend that you always use only the toilet by the pool.

With a higher number of cars, it is also possible to use our second parking lot, which is located 50 m further down the hill

Each of the apartments is equipped with its own kitchen

In the building you will find a Dallmayer coffee machine, which will prepare coffee, cappuccino, moccacino, hot chocolate or Irish cappuccino

Among other things, you also have the opportunity to buy various goodies from the spiral vending machine, which is located immediately next to the second entrance to the accommodation

You can also prepare a joint breakfast, lunch or dinner in the large shared kitchen

To your complete satisfaction, we can arrange breakfast or complete catering from an external catering company

Among other things, we can arrange a wine tasting for you with a tasting of homemade cheeses and charcuterie.

The summer terrace can be used free of charge

There is a common room with a fully equipped kitchen, pool table, foosball table, large LCD TV, projector and 2.6 x 1.5 screen.

IT IS NECESSARY TO OBSERVE NIGHT QUIET ON THE SUMMER TERRACE FROM 22:00 TO 06:00, all activities can be moved to the indoor common room.
