After the end of the lease, the building must be returned to the state in which the tenant took it over at the beginning/final cleaning/.
The deposit for renting the house must be paid within 14 days from the confirmation of the order to the lessor's account.

14 AND LESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE RENTAL, THE CANCELLATION FEE IS 100% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL PRICE.
The lessor issues a credit note to the lessee and returns the corresponding part of the already paid rent within 14 days of receiving the cancellation.
