Our cottage Viktorie (18 people) can be found in the village of Roudnice in the Giant Mountains at an altitude of 730 m

The cottage is in the immediate vicinity of the ski resort ALDROV (presidential express) and Freestyle area JIZERKA, and right next to the cottage there is a circuit of groomed cross-country tracks

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 4 rooms available on the first floor

Three triples and one double, plus two extra beds

There is sleeping space for 5 people in the attic

On the ground floor of the building, there is the possibility of sleeping for four people in the common room on a sofa bed.

Sanitary facilities: There are two bathrooms (men's and women's), equipped with a shower corner, sink, cabinet and toilet

There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Heating: The heating is central electric throughout the cottage, so you don't have to worry about anything

Of course, you can use the fireplace whenever you want

The fireplace stove is connected to the heating throughout the building.

Transportation, parking: The building is located right next to the road, so you don't have to walk anywhere

Parking on the property for 6 cars.

Dining

You will find a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster

Of course there are pots, pans, glasses, cutlery of various sizes and shapes

It is also possible to order a cooling device for brewing beer for all types

(CZK 100 per day for cooling) We can supply kegs with different types of beer

The nearest shop is only a 100m walk away

The possibility of re-ordering food in a nearby boarding house.

Cottage furnishings

The kitchen, dining room and living room are located in a common room with a fireplace

Right next to the kitchen is the dining area with a TV and comfortable tables for 18 people and a comfortable folding sofa set

You can also use the outdoor covered Whirpool with access from the cottage

There is also a charcoal grill outside

(if you are interested in this service in the summer, you need to report this when booking so that we can fill it, in the winter it is filled automatically so that it does not freeze and of course we change the water every time for hygienic reasons)) The cottage is equipped with a wireless WIFI connection.
