The cottage is located directly on the longest ski slope in the Czech Republic, it is ideal for families with children, or for groups of friends, relatives, or groups of people with the same interests

So, in winter, you clip your skis directly on the rack and go, and after skiing you return to the rack

In a quiet environment in the middle of the woods and at the same time within walking distance to the town of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, you can spend unforgettable moments

The cottage is ideal both for lovers of an active holiday and for lovers of peace

Come and relax in comfort and peace away from stress

During the day, you can take advantage of the countless offers of sports or tourist activities nearby, or just laze in the sun on a deck chair next to the cottage and in the evening sit by the fire, roast burritos or grill.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor 1 x four-bed room, on the first floor 1 x five-bed room, 1 x four-bed room, 2 x triple room and 2 x double room

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms with shower

There are 2 toilets on the first floor.

Heating: accumulation stove, there is a fireplace in the common room.

Transportation, parking: parking is possible directly at the cottage (only in summer).

Dining

self-cooking in a fully equipped kitchen, or the possibility of eating in nearby restaurants 3 times at a distance of 300 - 500m.

Cottage furnishings

Inside the cottage there is a large common room, which also serves as a dining room with tables, benches and a fireplace

Directly connected to the common room is a separate kitchen equipped with a kitchen unit, 2x stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, 2x refrigerator, 2x kettle, 2x toaster and utensils for ordinary cooking, baking and dining

On the ground floor there are also women's and men's toilets and bathrooms with showers

1 is located on the ground floor with a capacity of 4 beds

There are 6 other rooms on the first floor of the building

Each room is heated by an electric heating WAW stove

Another 2x WC is located in the corridor.

Fees for 1 - 4 nights, the price increases by 25%
