The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Minimum rental length 5 nights during winter, spring and summer holidays and 3 nights outside the holidays

Tours from Sunday to Sunday or from Thursday to Sunday

The price includes: VAT, renting the whole building (except the office, apartment and warehouse), using the kitchen for individual cooking, using the bar (cooling, glass), initial toilet material, parking, final cleaning and water consumption.

Price does not include: electricity consumption, meals, kitchen material, fireplace wood, fee to the village, bed linen, dog fee

Electricity is charged according to actual consumption

Bed linen is charged according to the actual number of sets used.

Payment Terms - advance 50% of the price within a week of signing the contract, a supplement up to 100% of the price no more than a month before arrival

For shorter than weekly rentals a single deposit of 100%

Deposit of CZK 3,000 on arrival.

The price for renting the cottage is added a fee of the OU of 20 CZK an adult/day.

A contract is concluded for renting the building
