Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: We have three separate rooms ready for 8 people (two triple rooms and one double bedroom with a double bed, bed linen and towels included)

For smaller children, we have a cot, dining chair, and bathtub available

For larger groups, we offer the option of accommodating two more people on extra beds - on sofa beds in the common area of ​​the living room

Extra beds are arranged by agreement and at the price stated in the price list

The living room space is otherwise suitable for comfortable sitting with family and friends

Behind the wall there is a dining area, from which you can go out to a balcony with a view of the garden and the picturesque village.

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other is more spacious with a bathtub, sink and equipped with a washing machine

There are also two separate toilets with a sink.

Heating: In the summer season, it is usually not necessary to heat the cottage

The heating for the colder season is central and there are radiators in every room, heating is at an extra cost

There is a solid fuel boiler on the ground floor in the boiler room.

Transportation, parking: Parking for one car is possible in the garage

Another 3 to 4 cars can park in the fenced yard

You will arrive at the cottage along the asphalt road, which turns off at the municipal office.

A separate renovated kitchen is available for your cooking, equipped with an electric stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and of course a sufficient amount of crockery

The nearest shop is COOP in the nearby village of Roseč, 2 km away

You can find a more diverse range of shops and shopping centers in Jindřichov Hradec, which is 8 km from us

We recommend the nearby Hostinec u Jitka in Roseč for sitting outside on a small playground or indoors in a homely pub, it is also a popular stopping point for tourists and cyclists

Jitka will offer snacks from the fridge, food and drinks, ice cream, children will play outside on the playground and pet the Cameroonian sheep in the home zoo

The Mushroom Park and Summer in the Corn also offer their own refreshment options.
