In case of cancellation, the provider shall make a bill no later than 30 calendar days and convert the remaining amount to the customer
The Provider does not require payment of the cancellation of fees in case of serious reasons (hospitalization, death in the family, natural disaster).
In the case of early termination or interruption of the stay, without the fault by the provider of the accommodation, this obligation does not arise to return the paid price of the stay or its proportion to the customer.
