The mill cottage with a pool is a wonderful, large, stylish cottage

It is one of the few surviving mills in the village, which has been adapted for recreational and residential purposes with a unique large wooden barn, which is suitable for a wedding

It includes a small pub with a bar and a small stage, billiards, a sauna, a cellar on the ground floor, and that's just for you!

The cottage is located in the beautiful landscape of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands

It is a pleasant place for recreation, sports and tourism in every season

Also ideal for organizing weddings, celebrations, social events/training

The cottage is in the area of ​​many, but we offer you the keys to the guesthouse! The dominant feature is a large wooden barn and a garden with a gazebo, which will create a pleasant atmosphere for you

The cottage is just for you, you bring your own food, keg and other drinks

The cottage has an equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a pub where basic spices are available (sugar, salt, pepper, flour and other spices such as basil, bay leaves, curry, paprika, allspice, etc.

) so that you don't have to transport the whole household :-)

If you wish, you can get quality Moravian wine at low prices (Winery Burian z Bavor, from 90 CZK per bottle) and freshly roasted coffee (Bene Lente 199 CZK per half kilo)

Especially in the summer, you can use the wooden barn for weddings or celebrations, as well as the outdoor yard, garden, grill and fire pit where you can roast pork chops

Raspberries, strawberries, mint, lemon balm, spices, onions, garlic, tomatoes grow in the garden

In order to take a break from the children at least for a while, you have an outdoor pool, a trampoline with an enclosure, swings, a sandpit and an indoor game room where you can find pool (billiards).

NOTICE:

since it is an old house where there is no proper heating in the common corridor, i.e

even with a pool table, the building is not suitable for a stay with small children during the winter season

The temperature can be regulated in the rooms, but there are only two radiators in the lower part of the corridor

PUB/ COMMUNITY ROOM

- it has no heating but a BURIAN wood stove, so the room is heated with wood during the winter

Please consider if you do not mind having to heat the room yourself during your stay

It will heat up within an hour

KITCHEN:

- there are two dishwashers downstairs in the kitchen and upstairs in the common room, pub

The faucet is with cold water

The rooms are always connected by two and have their own bathroom

Behind the bar there is a small kitchen area with a fridge, dishwasher, sink, hob, kettle, microwave oven, mugs, glasses, cups, dishes - plates, etc., cutlery, towels

A coffee maker filled with excellent coffee, a portable tap can be borrowed from the Brewery for a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000

Wine shop with Moravian wine (at reasonable prices 90 - 150 CZK) - by prior arrangement

Kitchen: two-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, sink, all dishes, glassware, cutlery and everything needed for cooking

You don't need to bring basic spices, we have them here and we replenish them

Common room: pool table, library, board games (cards), oven with fireplace

Ground floor/hallway/ground floor: WC, sink, washing machine

Small infrared sauna with radio on the ground floor
