A very spacious cottage with a large garden bordering a pond

The house stands on the village square of the beautiful village of Racov, which is surrounded by beautiful meadows and forests of the Sedmihoří nature park

In the middle of the village there is a children's playground with climbing frames, a merry-go-round, a slide, a rocking horse, a bouncy castle and a sandpit

Next to this playground you will also find a protected asphalt pitch for netball, volleyball, soccer, an outdoor table tennis table and a covered seating area

The cottage is equipped with all comforts, in the large living room, which is more like a social room, you can sit on a sofa in front of the fireplace

There is also a TV that is connected to the Internet

There are tables and chairs for 20 people in front of the kitchen

The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, electric contact grill, dishwasher, 2 x fridge with separate freezer with three drawers

There are two bathrooms and two toilets in the house, of which one is in the bathroom and one is separate

The main bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a bathtub, a shower and a washing machine

The second bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet

18 beds are spread over 6 rooms

You can place two extra beds at your discretion

Wi-Fi connection is possible throughout the building

Everyone will find something for themselves in Racovo

The surroundings encourage you to take great trips to nature and the surrounding sights

Or you can stay at home and enjoy the pool, which is heated from June to September

If you prefer swimming in the wild, ride your bike to the Chobot pond, known as Sycherák, which is located in the nearby Valcha nature park

For lovers of horse riding, there is an opportunity in nearby Bernartice (on the way to Sycherák)

The nearby Sedmihorky mountain range is ideal for hiking and in winter for cross-country skiing

You can ski in the Přimda ski area

As far as sights are concerned, the castle and chateau in Horšovské Týn stands out

There are several castle ruins nearby, for example in Běla pod Radbuzou or Přimda

Availibility, fees, price specifications

We rent the cottage for weekly stays from April to the end of October, as well as for Christmas and New Year's Eve

Stays start and end on Saturday, in the off-season it is possible to arrange another day

Weekend stays are possible in the off-season (from the beginning of April)

We do not rent the cottage for weekends in the summer season

Prices for Christmas and New Year's week are different from the standard summer and winter season

For these stays (Christmas and New Year's Eve) 800 KWh is included in the price, firewood is available

During normal winters, electricity consumption does not exceed 800 KWh

Payment with recreation contributions from the employer (FKSP, etc.) must be reported at the latest when booking accommodation

Unfortunately, we no longer fulfill later requests.

FEES:

- Deposit: CZK 5,000, on arrival, returned on departure if the object is in good condition.

- Electricity consumption: billing and payment according to actual consumption upon departure.

- Pet fee: 150 CZK per stay and pet - the fee is paid on site.

- Accommodation capacity fee paid to the municipality - CZK 10 person over 18/night - the fee is paid on site.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The following cancellation fees apply when the customer cancels the reservation:

• when canceling a reservation up to 42 days before the start date:

30% of the rental amount

• when canceling a reservation from the 42nd

day including until the 21st

the day before the start date:

60% of the rental amount

• when canceling from the 21st

on or after the start date inclusive:

100% of the rental amount

It is possible to arrange cancellation insurance in the main menu at the top left with the button "stay cancellation insurance".

MORE INFORMATION:

- In high season, we rent exclusively from Saturday to Saturday

- Arrival for a weekly stay is possible from 14:00 to 16:00.

If you would like to arrive earlier, it is possible to arrange your arrival by phone in advance.

- Departure at 10 o'clock at the latest

​- Arrival for a weekend stay is possible from 2 to 6 p.m., departure no later than 6 p.m.

​- The specific time of arrival for a weekly or weekend stay must be arranged in the week before arrival on the phone number that you will find in the travel documents (after payment of the deposit).

- For a weekend stay, the customer pays for all proven electricity consumption upon departure.​

- We sort waste here

Sorting method is explained upon arrival.

- Your privacy during your stay is guaranteed, no one else lives or stays in the cottage.

- You hand over the cottage at the end of your stay in a clean and undamaged condition

If you would not like to do the final cleaning, it is possible to order it in advance for a price of 2,500,-

Final cleaning includes:

- Washed and cleaned dishes (or at least washed in the dishwasher)

- Luxurious floors

- Washed sanitary facilities

- Sheets removed from the beds

- Trash taken out

- Things stored in their original places

- If you have moved any furniture, please put it back in its original place
