In the attic there are three separate rooms (bedrooms) and two bathrooms

The building can be rented all year round

Situated in an ideal location for both winter and summer holidays

It meets the requirements of more demanding clients, but especially the smallest ones

For children, the equipment is complete - cot, children's corner, children's chairs, etc

At the cottage there is a trampoline with a net (up to 100 kg) and a children's garden house

Bouncers and a children's bike are also available

As the name suggests, the cottage is located on a meadow of 3000 m2, semi-secluded

An electric fence is installed around the cottage, the fence is active when there are cattle in the enclosure.

Bedrooms and rooms: Upstairs there are two large bedrooms each with a double bed and single beds, as well as a room for children

1 room - double bed, 2 beds 90x200 and one bed 80x160.

2 room - double bed, 1 bed 90x200 with an extra bed (pull-out 80x200)

3rd room - double bed 160x200 with a children's corner and a large desk with a monitor

Equipment is new (Ikea), Blankets suitable for allergy sufferers.

Sanitary facilities: There are two bathrooms upstairs near the bedrooms

One with a shower corner, entrance only through the bedroom, the other (very spacious)

Equipment: corner bathtub, washing machine, 2 sinks, hairdryer, drying corner, accessible from the corridor

On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and another shower next to the sauna.

Heating: Heat pump, underfloor heating on the ground floor in the corridor and radiators (regulated in each room)

Possibility to heat with wood in the fireplace stove

(free wood in the wood sheds behind the cottage)

Transportation, parking: Parking right on your own lot.

The shop and restaurant are located in the village of Hořičky (2 km)
