Cottage Gracie pod Pálavou II

Cottage Grácie pod Pálavou II is our second cottage out of three detached cottages in the village of Přítluky, in the middle of Pálava

The cottage is newly built in 2018 and furnished in a country style, suitable for a family holiday with children or larger groups of friends

It includes air conditioning and a thermally heated outdoor pool 5 x 3m and a covered pergola with garden furniture and a gas grill

In the immediate vicinity is Lednicko - Valtický area, Pálavské vrchy, Novomlýn reservoirs and the famous wine villages of Zaječí, Rakvice, Velké Pavlovice, Pavlov, Bulhary, Horní and Dolní Věstonice, Velké Bílovice, etc., which are connected to each other by bicycle paths and where it is possible to visit a large number of wine cellars and family wineries

It is also possible to arrange a guided wine tasting upon request.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has three separate rooms (layout solution (4+1,4,4) with own bathroom (toilet, shower) and TV, kitchen with dining room and common room.

Sanitary facilities: Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, another toilet is in the common room.

Heating: Electric heating in every room, in the common room there is a fireplace stove (wood heating), ensuring heating of the entire building.

Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the building.

Dining

Next to the cottage is a Coop grocery store and a local restaurant Vinný šenk (distance approx. 150m).

Cottage furnishings

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, convection oven, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, washing machine, wine cellar, 107cm LCD TV), fireplace stove

The cottage is air-conditioned and has a covered outdoor sitting area (pergola 6x5m) with the possibility of grilling (gas grill available), an outdoor pool (5x3m) heated by a heat pump

From the backyard (16x9m) there is access to the kitchen and the common room

WiFi is available throughout the building and in the backyard.

In the summer season, it is only possible to rent for a whole week - i.e

Saturday - Saturday

Outside the summer season, the cottage can be used for at least 2 nights, a so-called weekend stay, and extended weekend stays of 3-4 nights can also be used.

50% deposit when ordering.

Cancellation of reservation without cancellation fee 60 days in advance

Cancellation 30 days in advance - cancellation fee 50%

Cancellation of reservation 15 days or less in advance - cancellation fee 100%.

Refundable deposit CZK 5,000.

Village fee 25/person/night.

The rental price includes all energy (electricity, water), bed linen, towels, heated pool, air conditioning and WiFi throughout the building.
