The cottage is located in a quiet part at the end of the village of Lužnice near Pohorská Ves

It is an ideal place in the vicinity of forests suitable for mushroom picking, cycling or hiking

The deposit of CZK 3,000 is returned in full when the keys are returned upon departure

The guest is responsible for the loss of keys and any damage caused by him or his roommates

Guests hand over the cottage cleaned (in the condition in which they received it)

Damages, possibly necessary cleaning and actually consumed energy will be charged from the deposit

(Price for energy according to the supplier's current price conditions)

In the case of handing over an untidy cottage, the amount of CZK 1,000/untidy apartment will be charged.

When booking an appointment, we will send an order confirmation with a price calculation, of which you will pay 50% by the date indicated in the confirmation

By paying this amount, your stay is firmly booked

The remaining 50% of the price of the stay will be paid by bank transfer by the day of arrival

(valid for summer stays)

In case of written cancellation of the reservation:

- 50% of the total price of the stay will be refunded within 30 days before arrival

- 29 – 15 days before arrival, 25% of the total price of the stay will be refunded

- 14 – 8 days before arrival, 10% of the total price of the stay will be refunded

- 7 days before arrival, the amount paid for the entire stay is non-refundable
