On the ground floor, there are also rooms of approx. 22m² and 12m² used for preparation, food storage for events, sleeping, etc., one of them also has a sofa set (with layout - 2 beds)

If necessary, by adding an extra bed (ordinary single bed), the room can be turned into a guest room, i.e. increase the capacity from 22 to 31 beds

The room and the guest room have an entrance from the hall.
