The object - originally a historical farm from the 18th century, very sensitively reconstructed, stands right in the center of the resort village of Pluhův Žďár
About 2 km from the building is the Červená Lhota castle and a number of other sights
All cycle paths lead through the village, so it is a complete paradise for bicycle enthusiasts
The nearest border crossing to Austria is approx. 28 km
In winter, the Nová Bystřice ski area is available, where there is also a large oval for cross-country skiers.

Transportation, parking: From April to September it is possible to park behind the garden fence - there is an access road before the turn to Pluhův Žďár, from November to April in front of the building from the other side
