Behind the village (200m) it is possible to connect to the cycle path leading to the Vranovská dam

2 bedrooms with a double bed (1 large with a full airport, 2nd smaller bedroom 10m2 with 160 cm bed width and with a separate outside entrance) + a large living room with a kitchenette with a sofa bed + the possibility of 1 extra bed

Heating: In two rooms there are powerful stoves for solid fuels + the possibility of additional heating with a direct heater, in the third a direct heater.
Transportation, parking: Access by car, parking in front of the building and in the closed yard (3 spaces), then by bus from Dačice, Slavonice and Jemnice to the Písečné stop.
Possibility to use the cottage kitchen
In the village there is a shop (250m) and a pub (more like a pub with snacks), in the towns of Slavonice, Jemnice, Dačice there are several good restaurants to choose from.

ENERGY SURCHARGE:
summer season = supplement for energy 150/day; i.e

Fully sufficient electricity consumption up to 100 kWh/week is included in the energy fee (normally users consume up to 50 kWh), only extreme consumption above 100 kWh is charged 1 kWh = CZK 10

Final cleaning will be charged if the cottage is not returned in the same condition as it was handed over at the beginning of the stay

per night (children up to 12 years free), however, if the customer uses the cottage for more people than reported or agreed with the operator, the operator will use the deposit to pay for the stay of the increased number of people.
