The cottage is located in the valley of the built-up part of the village of Petrovice, 10 km from the Příčná ski area in the Golden Mountains
The cottage is directly accessible from the local main road
It is a recreational area in the Jeseníky foothills
For summer purposes, the garden is divided into several parts
In the most adjacent part of the yard there is a terrace, which is separated from the rest of the garden by a hedge around the entire perimeter, and in combination with the garden seating area, provides enough privacy for sunbathing or an afternoon coffee
In the rear part of the garden behind the walnut trees, there is an outdoor seating area with a built-in fireplace and a smokehouse for evening grilling or roasting burritos, and the rest of the garden is freely accessible from all sides for leisure use, e.g.
for playing games with children from volleyball to badminton or football
The garden, from the farthest part, is complete with an outdoor fireplace with a staircase that connects the orchard and invites you to take a short walk up to the meadow where, as a reward, you can look around from an elevated place on the immediate surroundings of the village
The entire concept of the cottage is in a period - partly rustic style and appeals here above all to plenty of leisure activities, a quiet regime and the possibility to relax from the surrounding year-round influences from work to daily duties
The object is located in an environment rich in cycling tourism
There are plenty of options for bike trips to nearby villages and towns, or for rides along switchbacks and forest paths
There is enough equipment in the garage for possible service or minor repair and maintenance of bikes after returning from a trip
There is enough free space in the garage itself to store more than 10 bikes.
Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a 4+1 apartment unit with a dining room and full bathroom facilities
In the rear part of the wing there is a spare WC with a functionally equipped laundry room and an entrance connecting space to the inner part of the garage for up to 3 cars
The entrance hall from the courtyard connects the apartment unit in the attic of size 5+1 with full social equipment
Each apartment unit in the attic has a balcony accessible from the room
The apartment units are equipped above standard and made in good quality.
Sanitary facilities: There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the entire building
On the ground floor, the bathroom is located in a spa style and there is a bathtub with hydromassage jets and a specially built shower for these purposes.
Each of the bathrooms is equipped with a functional flushing toilet, bathtub, sink and running hot water.
Heating: In the basement of the building there is a boiler room equipped with a gas boiler and, as of 2023, a heat pump
If desired, it is possible to set the hot water heater to the desired temperature
The most used heating object is the stove, which is used separately in the kitchen or in the living room
In the area of the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor, there is a functional solid fuel stove that provides enough heat for a short stay in the colder season.
Transportation, parking: From the main communication road to the back of the cottage there is a driveway (with interlocking pavement) where 2 cars can be parked in the internal garage part and the other 4 - 6 cars can be parked outside in the area around the cottage on the interlocking paving access road
(you cannot park on the grassy area).

There is a cutlery system for up to 15 people and there is nothing missing from pots and pans to a microwave, kettle, oven with induction hob, bread slicer or perhaps a fridge with a freezer
All you have to do is start cooking according to your needs
The kitchen equipment in the upper part is partial, but everything for basic cooking can be found here
The living room is fully equipped on the ground floor and can comfortably seat up to 11 people
To be provided here is a 135cm LCD TV connected to the O2 TV program offer via wifi - signal
The TV runs in full HD quality without cutting
STREAMING services NETFLIX, DISNEY+, HBO MAX are ACTIVE and in bad weather it is possible to use e.g.
a wide range of film offers
The WIFI SIGNAL is now complete in the entire cottage building and installed using the TP-LINK DECO MESH system
The signal strength is sufficient to connect several phones, TVs and laptops at the same time and can be connected anywhere inside the building and outside in the garden the signal reaches the back of the fireplace
For greater safety and protection of people and property inside the building, a camera security system is also installed from the company TP-LINK.

In the summer season, the cottage is rented only for the weekend or by arrangement.
OUT OF SEASON, the price of the property per night for up to 6 persons inclusive (over 18 years) is 2500 CZK and for more than 6 persons 4500 CZK

INDIVIDUALLY, the possibility of a price for a family with children or e.g
partial occupancy of the cottage if the number of people is smaller and the entire object is not used.
- Off-season rental option - long weekend Thursday - Sunday OR any other date
by individual agreement
- A refundable deposit of CZK 1,500 is collected upon taking over the building.
- The first 150 kW is included in the rental price, and after consumption, each subsequent kW costs CZK 5.
- Used wood is paid for separately upon departure.
Cancellation terms:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the order at any time without cancellation fees from the rental price charged by the lessor, namely 25 days before the ordered date, exclusively in writing via email
The date of delivery of the order cancellation document to the lessor is considered the moment of withdrawal.
When withdrawing from a confirmed order after the specified period, the customer is obliged to pay the lessor cancellation fees in the amount of:
1) 20% of the total rental price charged by the owner when the order is canceled 20-25 days before arrival
2) 50% of the total rental price charged by the owner when the order is canceled 19-10 days before
arrival.
3) 100% of the total rental price charged by the owner when the order is canceled 9-0 days before
arrival.
If the customer arranges for a refund, no cancellation fees apply.
